Well he's banned for creating multiple accounts, so nope he doesn't frequent the forum (at least not publicly).  Not to mention he has no (okay, very few) allies on this forum, so it likely wouldn't go well anyway.

So he is not a "Vendor" on this forum, by any stretch of the imagination.
