Rama GRID 10 might be up your alley.

Also any caps made for Choc switches

Typically the market for these profiles is low, though. Very low, so you're not going to find too many options; diversity of Choc caps is case and point

Nice font is subjective. But if you're specifically looking for centered legends you're going to be looking more at higher profile keycap designs like SA, KAT, and MT3.
BoW keycap sets have run in all those profiles. i.e. SA Ice Cap. MT3 Black on White, KAT monochrome.
