Hello, ya'll

First time I've been here, and boy is it a bustling crowd!
I have been a mechanical kb user since 2015 with my Corsair K70, which is - sadly - dying (i.e. sometimes pressing Enter mashes all the keys horizontal to it).
So here I am in the forums, looking to gain some keyboard knowledge from experts to pick out my next keyboard of choice...
And maybe get to know more about the ins-and-outs of this hobby that many people seem to love.

Welcome to Geekhack, 5949. I have had my first mechanical, also a k70, for just about as long. I suppose I should watch out for that, though I have a ton of K70s and K65s to take its place, if ever necessary.
