How high & deep from the "Stem top" reference line do Key Caps peg Top & Bottom?

How high & deep from the "Stem top" reference line do Key Caps peg "stem insertion point" vs Key Tops & Key Skirts ? Any numerics/ ratios followed here?

https://www.keycaps.info/

PS: I've seen various comparative charts like this but they never show "Switch Stem & Body" connect/ collision with KeyCaps.

I was wondering from the point of "low profile" Keycaps, are there keycaps that are:

1. Low Top
2. Deep Stem & Deep/ Low Skirt

That way instead of adding height, we've got more of the key cap skirt covering around the Switch like a thin Hat/ skirt? Assuming they can be designed to avoid hitting the Switch body?

I am sure someone has discussed something around this over the mech forums. I wonder if there's been any insights gathered around this thought?
