When removing your keycaps rips out the stems on your mech ​​​​:'(

Had my lovely VA87 since Feb now; love using it every day. Decided I should clean it, started removing the keycaps and the stems of the "W" and "down arrow" keyswitches (MX Clears) half came out and broke through the top of the housing! Pushed 'em back down but the keys are now jammed and don't move/register.

I'm in the U.K. but I bought it direct from Varmilo. Been speaking to Jim and Vicky but they haven't emailed me back in days. Anyone here have a contact that could help me with this issue?
