It's totally up to you, but I would say that they ought to be there for consistency (after all, the sublegend is present on the 1.5u pipe key). In that regard, the backslash is just like any other punctuation sublegend (", №, ? etc.) that's there when you switch to the Russian layout. That being said, people might not mind that much if you omit it.

That's technically how it's supposed to be: the ₩ symbol isn't actually present in the Korean layout; the pipe key produces a \, but then many OSes with the display language set to Korean render all backslashes as won signs (so even file paths look like C:₩Users₩...). A similar thing happens on Japanese systems, with backslashes being rendered as ¥.
