I named two of my kids after scripting languages...so, yes, I have more than a passing interest in technology.   :)

If the 'tablet' is an iphone on steriods (3G, gps, 5.5" screen, intel silverthorne) i'm buying one!
Ps you didn't really call your kids Rex and Ruby did you?

My daughter's middle name is Perl.  And my youngest son's middle name is Python.

BTW, I LOVE the iPhone!

I figured someone would've mentioned the ModBook by now.  OWC has been offering this system for well over a year now.

I mentioned it in my blog a few months ago, but I wouldn't buy one unless Apple themselves made it. The thing is that OS X doesn't yet support touchinterfaces, so they add a piece of software to emulate it. Doesn't sound too appealing to me.
