I believe the P stands for linear, so blacks.

XPoint: Someone abbreviated Crosspoint (or Gold Crosspoint). It's how the contact inside the switch is designed.

Z Redux:
Here are a few pictures showing the crosspoint contact inside Cherry MX switches (about half way down the page).
