I didn't want to offer the monochrome kit due to MOQ issues.
But tbh, I wasn't expecting such a hype the first days and thought that people would not buy base kit + monochrome kit + nomad kit or a rama keycap.
That's why I decided to remove this kit.

Yes it’s not your GB, and considering how much people love this set the way it is, I think we can all agree that Biip made the right decisions.
He has a lot of experiences in doing GB, you don’t.
If you’re not happy with his choices it’s alright, even if the huge majority approve them.

Not a problem. I just wanted to make sure the explanation for one removal (monochrome kit) wasn't mistaken for the other (single color kits).
Perhaps the latter might be considered for an R2, which I easily see being asked for the very next day after the GB has ended. :D

150 MOQ is a total for all kits combined - not each kit has to hit 150 individually for that particular kit to be made?
150 was the MOQ for just the Ergo. It’s 250 for the base.

So nothing to worry about" means then - latest count I saw was 70 for the Ergo with 80 more kits needed to make it to MOQ - seems like a long way to go (or do Ergo kits sell better on GH than MD where they always seem to lag behind).
Extras means what the vendors have committed to buy. So with the total that customers have purchased, plus extras, we are at 148. Which means we definitely are hitting MOQ.

I initially planned to make Dots alphas and Dots modifiers for Milkshake but it didn't look good and there were already so many kits…
I could run a light version on GMK since now colors and molds exist, so it won't be expensive. EPBT is also a solution.
KAM atm is way too shiny.
In all cases, I already know what I will do next with these dots ;)

Maybe I missed something, or perhaps it was clear to some (but not me), but will these caps be doubleshot with those colored dots? I kind of assumed it would be dyesub since it was non-standard legends, but perhaps doubleshot colored dots is something they can do?

The missing keycaps from the nomad kit will be shipped out early next week. It should take 2-3 business days for them to arrive after shipping.
We are still waiting for our sets from the original freight shipping. We still expect to receive our GMK sets next week. It sounds like we might get the sets around the same time as the replacement caps. We will wait for the replacement keycaps to come in if the the freight delivery comes in first.

We will start printing and shipping orders for Dots later this week though. Nomad kits - you may receive your tracking number, but it wont be active until we actually receive the replacements. Sometimes freight delivers earlier than estimated, so that is why we are starting to print off orders later this week.

Yeah, in retrospect that would've been the smart thing to do. Just those few seconds of hesitation cost me the opportunity. That's the second time I missed buying extras of Dots, since I wasn't around for the initial GB. So it goes, I guess!
I wish the website had a cart reservation system. Like even just 5 minutes or something. I had everything in my cart! Sigh. I'll let it go haha.
On the plus side, I guess this removes any hesitation I had about getting Jules. I was unsure about getting in on that because of the No 2/65, but maybe now I'll just get both to spite Dots hahaha haha ah my poor wallet...

Keyreative made a dot mold for the Kat milkshake dots, but only 1U so far.
KAT Milkshake legends are dye subbed, there are no molds involved (other than the tooling for the keycaps themselves).

Most of the reason why I like this set so much is because of the bright mod colors on the navy base, so I'm really hoping for a rerun with the same colors. I could see a more plain set also selling well, though.
