Moving numpad to its own kit makes it ~ $50 more expensive for people that want numpad. When I joined GH the only people using numpad were legacy users on old keyboards but now there are a lot of customs that are using it.

Pretty much this, having numpad adds basically no cost, moving it to its own kit adds cost for anyone that does want it.

The sales numbers of standalone numpad is usually just 10-15% of the base kit sales numbers. This can also be because of the high price tag, but also, the amount of boards that have a numpad is small and not in high demand. Moving numpad to its own kit will make the overall price lower for most people

-Removed mono katakana renders (whoops, had forgotten about that!)
-Replaced a render with a new one showing accent space bars

Hey y'all, I was quiet for a bit because honestly I kinda slacked on this since my pc takes ages to render stuff.

But here we are now with some small updates, nothing major since I'm pretty happy with the current kitting.

-Revamped katakana sublegends, I noticed several of the legends were wrong so I decided to use an existing asset for them
-Made small fixes on some errors in numpad (It was missing a barred 5 and the scoop had no scoop)
-Updated renders with katakana subs to show the new sublegends

Not bad at all.

But what's the supposed base kit cost? It is huge, including some short spacebars, accent keys for everything including ISO, 40s support, and numpad. Looks like 140$ base to me. Maybe removing numpad from the base kit is a good idea, but you should consult with GMK about the actual price first.

Thanks for reminding me about the NordeUK kit, almost forgot to fix it entirely, should be corrected now.

As for the 1.5u super and extra 1u alt, I tried to find a way to fit them into the kitting, but the base kit is already a bit too big and my only other option would have been an extension kit, however there just isn't enough interest currently for an extension kit.

The base kit is missing R3 PgUp, R4 PgDn for 65% support.

Accent-colored R2 Esc is not a necessary key and can be removed from the base kit.

On a similar note, I suggest moving accent arrow keys to the spacebars kit to help keep the cost of the base kit down and make room for more important keys.

The R1 -_ホー key in the alt alphas kit is missing the ー sublegend in the top right.

Way too late unfortunately, that would require getting new quotes for the entire set.
