I'm from that European country that no one ever knows anything about - Latvia.

That said, I own only 1 mech keyboard so I'm not sure about me being an enthusiast outright. I do wish to try out some Topres one day though...

I know that the girls there are HOT (I once dated one). Oh and it's one of the most popular European countries for sex tourism.

Whats the point of the survey? This is an English keyboard site. What you'll most likely find would be people from NA or EU. If you do a survey on a chinese forum u'll find zero NA/EU folks. A little bit obvious isn't it?

That is an incorrect assumption. We are getting a considerable growing interest from SA, Asia, Israel and Oceania. I think the poll is interesting.

Don't think my statement was incorrect. The site IS dominated by EU/NA populations. If the intention of the survey is to find out the extend of growing minorities then yes, I will give you that, it is somewhat interesting to know.

One  with a desire to learn more and look at more options makes you enthusiastic about Keyboards in my book.  More so than someone who has 6 but knows little about them other than the shape and colors of the LEDS.

Shortly after making it I wished I had made the title more like " Keyboard interest by location "  Or something similar so people wouldn't shy away feeling " inexperienced"

As for the goal of the poll ?
Part was curiosity
Part was born out of the fact that it seems I've seen others from area's of Europe struggling with trying to order from PChome and some obscene shipping costs from other companies.

So I hoped that some vendors and manufacturers would see area's of interest that might increase availability for them.   Of course there is a language barrier and and this will sway the participants , but last I checked Chinese and English were the two biggest languages in the world for different reasons

( Off subject but interesting )

http://www2.ignatius.edu/faculty/turner/languages.htm

Chinese is first in population , but English is first in sheer number of countries as of 1997, 115 countries peak english. Based on the fact that so many Manufacturers of the favorite keyboards on this site come from an Asian country says alot about the popularity there.  So perhaps this will show the Western interest to increase supply in this area of the world....

Also ..... It's interesting.

Welcome back. My daughter has wanted to move to Japan for years and took a couple years of Japanese language in school.  It's not a language that's generally offered in our area. She was one of only 2-3 students doing an in school  internet based class.
