It already takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep, most of the time not actually falling asleep at all. Getting up sets you in motion, and there's about a 0% chance I'd be able to fall back into a resting state after 2 hrs of activity.
nah i think that's dumb, i think some people claim they can function like this, but i don't want to mess with my circadian rhythm and also turn into some weirdo on a freak schedule. i just go for 8 hours of quality sleep and call it good
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.
NE1 try this. Basically, < in practical terms >You get home, eat, as soon as it goes dark ~7pm, you go to bed, wake up around 11-1 am, do some stuff (your choice), go back to sleep wake up @ 6am for wurk.Seems legit.. since electricity is rather unnatural. Show Image

Considering how bad life is for people who don't get enough sleep I suspect it's best avoid experimentation. I sleep like a log and I suspect that's from good habits. Maybe it's just genetic my father has to set alarms get up twice a night to empty stoma and he goes right back to sleep doesn't find it disruptive.
