We don't need users drifting off to another user hosted communication platform especially under the influence of a website that sells artisans. It breeds a toxic environment of butt-kissing manipulating beggars.
It has also come to my attention that the users creating these usually display a god-complex personality.

Let's be honest IRC is lame and outdated. So please moderators of Geekhack do the website some justice and keep the community together.
