Keycap Keychains! (Image Intensive)
« on: Sat, 21 July 2012, 21:01:20 »
Here's some themed pics with my ducky keychain.

GG!

Team Liquid

And pink is an awesome colour

New white CC that I traded with elton!

Meth...

So much cooler with two... thanks again to elton who sold me the blue one (for my girlfriend :D)

Thanks to DanGWanG for the 420 keycaps! And MM for the design :D Awesome.

If you didn't already know I like blue. A lot

That's all I've got for now but I'm having a lot of fun with this thing so there may be more soon.

I bought mines of feng, but I don't know if he still has some.

And I put a trollface on it.

Thanks guys! Sadly I traded away the octopink to MM so he can mod my board to ergo clears ;( I'll miss it a lot. One day I'll get it back. Thinking of what I can do with the keychain and the other caps I have laying around.

I just bought another Ducky Shine keyboard, and loose in the packaging was one of these keychains!

I had no idea it was arriving, must have been a freebie from PCCG.

As soon as I got home I checked the packaging from my first Ducky Shine from the same place, but no joy.

My other half got me a keychain from eBay around the same time I got the first Ducky, so now I have two :-)

One has a MX blue switch and the other a MX black.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Also, feng sells the Ducky branded ones on ebay for a little bit more, and Sherry/qtan sell the coloured-base ones I think.

PCCG gave out some with the Shine II... but seems some countries got one with the YOTD, except for Aus :(
