Just a heads up guys. It's looking like there are quite a few R1 entrants who are non-responsive. We may draw a lot more entrants in R2 to make up for the difference. More chances to win for all!

Important to remember that artisans do raffles to make sure that people can get the cap regardless of their income level. The artisan takes a financial loss for the sake of equality of opportunity, because the alternative is to just raise the price to the market equilibrium (which is several times higher).
I whine and ***** about RNGesus all the time (mostly in jest), but I'll take this system over a purely profit-driven artisan market any day.

Completely agree.  Even if my luck hasn't been the best so far (1/6 total) I still think raffles are the best way to do artisan sales.
