I'm not sure what the colorway is.  Binge gave me this cap as an awesome act of kindness so I don't consider it the end, but the beginning.  The level of detail is amazing and my ****ty pics don't do it justice.  It's at least tripleshot.

Thanks everyone for checking in.  HWS will be taking a break today and will be back full force tomorrow.  A friend from Oregon is coming into town and we also have a situation with the kitchen drain not being a drain.

For those of you who know our lineolated parakeets, the special **Visitor of the Day** is the original mom and hand-feeder of our bird Atlas.  He has not seen her since he was a baby so it should be quite the reunion.

I'm sure you know, but wear gloves and clean up thoroughly afterwards when using epoxy!  You don't wanna become sensitized to that ****.  It's a life-long condition that will pretty much ensure you'll never use epoxy again.  I work with composites and some of my sensitized co-workers cannot be near epoxy or they get horrible rashes.

HWS Studio is back!  Thanks everyone for being patient.  Our sink is still in disrepair... I never thought I be so excited by a little gurgling.  That sounded wrong.  We've used so many chemicals.. an auger..and now we're just waiting.

The visit with our friend was fantastic.  She really enjoyed learning about what we do with the key cap designs and how we are able to make so many colors and effects.  She's into birds so her favorite design was Mr. Hoot.  I mean how could you not love Hoot  ;D

We also covered Binge in birds :)

Looking forward to getting some print-work done today for some extra special people, and then casting tonight!

Yes, that's an aeropress.  Great tool.  We also really like the Chemex for making multiple cups of coffee.

We get most of our coffee from a local Harrisburg roaster called Little Amps.  The whole beans we have right now are Kenya Oreti Estate described as "Cocoa, green grape, sparkling".  I'm not sure if I'd call it sparkling, because it's pretty rich, but I can definitely relate to the cocoa and green grape-y flavor notes.  We usually really enjoy their Ethopian blends as well.   Always a safe bet.

Could anyone recommend a coffee that is almost citrusy in nature and not as roasty? I still expect roast flavor obviously, coffee is roasted. I ask because I have a recipe for a slightly hoppy Coffee Blonde Ale I want to brew, and last time I made it the coffee I used was kind of roast/berry/harsh bitter. I just dropped the beans into the beer after fermentation for one day before kegging it. The recipe called for Macanatura beans, but apparently they are seasonal and very rare and hard to acquire.

PS: HWS caps are awesome, love me some orcs.

Do you have a LHBS that you go to for ingredients? They should be able to help you with this. Ask if they have any suggestions for alternatives. Also, hit up reddit.com/r/homebrewing, they might have suggestions for you as well.

They don't do coffee at my LHBS. Also I got my recipe from a blog that was linked at /r/homebrewing, but there is probably a coffee subreddit where someone could point me in the right direction of a shop that might actually carry the Macanatura stuff.

Also I am still in Orlando so I will check out Vesper too.

Right, I didn't think your LHBS would have the coffee, but that they would be able to help point you in the right direction of where to get what you need, or a good alternative to those specific beans.
