In the last two weeks, I discovered that there are tons of fun novelty stamps and that you can personalize stamps. I've looked into stamps way more than I ever thought I would. Think the next batch will have some fun ones like Batman :D.

It looks nice, but it always comes with a plastic cover.

Tactile is best enjoyed with the presence of gold but it's not uncomfortable in the bathroom either. #versatile

The pope seems to have his own typist. I believe the WPM was 29043587. I wasn't able to see the keyboard as it was too bright. A combination of halo aura and flame from such typing prowess. I think it had Alps switches on it though.

In process action. JD's metal business card is surprisingly handy in folding zines.

RIP: I lost my first set of zines in the mail. Sent a couple to meow a cat and they never showed up. I wonder what the postal worker did with my zines. Maybe he started a nice bonfire with them in the Canadian wilderness. Or set off fireworks in celebration of electing a new president.

In slightly more relevant and relatable news, Vol 4 should be finished in about a week. Test prints ASAP and I want to have Vol 4 in the mail by Halloween.

What a great project, CPT.  Somehow only came across this thread now.  Love magazines and despite the love for keyboards, still really like getting and reading things in print.   Going to PM you this week to get signed up for future issues.  Would definitely be interested in getting back issues if you still have them too, especially seeing the summary of the content.

Tactile Zine X BlueNalgene

Custom 3D printed Tactile keypullers now exist. I believe that I'll send them out as thank you gifts to people who donate over a certain amount. I'm not sure yet. And I'd have to talk to BlueNalgene as well.

But what I'd like to know is: Would there be any interest in buying some pullers to support the zine?

New for this volume I've included some QR codes. They're little square codes you can scan with an app on your phone and they typically link you to websites. Think barcodes you scan at the supermarket.

I've seen them used when you're out doing something but you want a little more research. For example, I was at this photography exhibit in Montreal. They'd have one picture and a brief description with a QR code underneath. If you wanted to know more about that picture or photographer, there was a QR code you could scan with your phone which would pop up a website with more info.

Something came up over the weekend and I wasn't able to print and process all the zines. The stack so far is 4 cm thick. I still need to print a bunch more of Vol 4 since the mailing list got much bigger. I'm going to try my hardest to have everything mailed out by Sunday 11/8.

And I've started work on Vol 5 already :).

Anyone remember these? I stumbled on a sealed pack in a thrift store while out digging with Hoff and Halverson. And with Hoff's help, I've turned it into a thank you gift for the earliest donators. I think there's ten of these? I've got this one. I gave one out at Keycon Chicago 2015 and mailed the rest today. I'm going to see who posts their floppy and hopefully the files on it when they get it.

I really hope someone has a floppy drive or finds a way to get access to one. I'd love to know what you guys think of what I threw on the disk hehe. Yes there is something on the disks that I worked on just for all ya'll. I spent a little more than I intended but I thought this would be a lot of fun.

I know more than ten people have donated and I promise I'll come up with a decent thank you gift for all of you past and future donators.
