  • Oh, Herro!
I was trying to think of something I'd really want on my board that was simple enough, and I figured why not some FMA symbols.

Preliminary mock up, the homunculus ourosboros picture i sent imsto was a bit off, the actual keys will be centered and symmetrical.  also, all keys will not be white, color scheme below

$2 per key
$1.80 50+ keys

White keys with black legend for the black transmutation circle

black keys with red legend for the homunculus symbol.

dark grey keys with reg legend for the soul binding circle (to replicate they way it looks on alfonse's armor)

Hopefully we'll have preliminary pricing and mock ups, and roll it into the actual GB thread.

I might be interested in a couple of designs depending on the prices.  Who's gonna be making them?  SP is probably out due to copyright issue...   so that leaves imsto or qtan?

honestly i didn't even think that far ahead.  I ran it by ragnarock, he said if he liked the ideas, he might run it.  Really not sure on who'd be the actually producer =/.  Kinda new here, don't really know all the hoops to jump through.  Figured i'd see if there was even enough interest to justify going to find a producer

Some of those designs looks pretty complicated for double shots. If this does go through, it'll probably be a dumb-down version of those symbols.

just as an FYI, i'd still like to get these produced for everyone that showed an interest prior to the downtime.  i'll repost the images and get some mock ups/pricing from imsto as soon as i can.

I think imsto's prices are 3$ per dye sub regardless of quantities.

Yeah, I'm interested.  I think the first one is a bit too busy, but I'm all over the Alphonse and Homonculus designs.

Mock ups looks pretty darn good.  I dunno about making it a modifier.  Either way I'm likely in for 2 of all.

Im not sure if the left wing is longer, making it look of center, which is why i was thinking maybe a modifier key as it wider than it is tall.  More input from others will decide its fate : P

It does look to me like the left wing is longer, while the thinning tail makes that side appear even more off-center.

I really like the modifier idea. I would buy 2 of each Esc key, 4 of the 1.25 Homunculus modifier.

The fine-lines are miles beyond the detail I expected on dyesub.

Is it just those three variations? I would like three each if the shipping to the Netherlands is (or under) $8.

Seems like typical shipping around here is US-$4, CAN-$6, International -$8.  Someone please correct me if im wrong

Can't commit 100%, but I can certainly say I'd be down for a set if you were to continue this endeavor. If this does happen, you'll probably see an order from me. Count me interested.

These are pretty cool. A good friend of mine is a Full Metal Alchemist fan and I just like the designs. I'd probably buy two of each just to have a set for both of us.
