I think my GF might like one keyset like this as a Valentine Day's gift:



The "Valentine" keyset will be a double-shot, WYSE font keyset, and it will include:
     1x base set for tenkeyless keyboard
     1x "Geek Hack" keycap ESC row - White on Pink
     1x "Heart" keycap ESC row - White on Pink
     1x "I <3 U" Enter keycap - White on Pink

Option:
     1x tenkey pad for standard ANSI 104 keyboard
     1x tsangan add-on kit for special keycap replacements

I was just talking about doing this yesterday lol. Needs a regular caps lock for the base kit since a center stem stepped isn't possible, but the tsangan kit includeds one. Other than that I like it.

Far from ready, part of the funds is collected via the red cherry set fundraiser.

Still quite a bit to go then you have to do prototypes to make sure it comes out properly.

The red cherry buy was a big help but we're still going to have to collect the adoption fees and do more prototypes.  I'm preparing the next round of legends now.

Now that geekhack is back up and running smoothly I am planning to put up a progress thread with pictures of the prototypes and an estimated timeline for completion.

EDIT: can I request some extra modifiers be included as optional replacements for the Windows and Meta keys. Something that fits the theme...hearts would be fine, or something else.

I like the Wyse font for this one. Cherry is nice, but it doesn't fit every theme. The more rounded style of the Wyse is perfect here.

Err not really. It's on hold atm. I think the Pink & White keyset should be done first, then the Camou set.
For those who don't want to buy this keyset but the add-ons, we could talk about it after we collect enough interest to make the "Valentine" Pink & White keyset happen.

I'd easily buy these three key caps a couple of times. Hello kitty key cap would be funny, and I know the wife would love that. Would Signature Plastics be able to make that though? Trademark and all?

I like this idea. Sorta like red alert, all white with pink for those that want it to look clean, and then the pink mods for those that really want to show their feminine side.

Jil are you able to make a mock up of just pink on white for all keys? So people can compare them to the white on pink modifiers? Or Rag.. or someone else who's pro with ps ;x

So base set would be like.. all pink on white keys + the white on pink GH key, then a pink modifier set, and two 104 kits, white and pink? o>O

I want to do IC/OT for a keyset just like the one in 1st post, and that's all for now.  No need any add-ons, so it can be as cheap as possible. Too many choices -> no one is happy.
About the pink on white mods, we can talk about it later if have enough interest.
