Soooo something that I will give a bit more details on later is that I will be doing some giveaways on my Twitch stream (http://www.twitch.tv/tinyteee) (twitch.tv/tinyteee) two times during this week. Once on Weds, and once on Saturday. I actually started streaming on Twitch about a month ago, mostly doing my clay keycap stuff and I will also occasionally play games! As a small time streamer, I wanted to participate in Extra Life this year. Extra Life is this huge worldwide celebration of the social impact of gamers. I'm planning on doing a stream this Saturday to help raise money for my local children's hospital.My goal is $500 this year! Damn guys, moving onto next goal of $1000! Okay, $2000 is a pretty reach goal, so let's just put that there. In addition to the stream, I will be hosting raffles for donors!
I'm very excited for the raffle prizes this time around. I have some of my own stuff up for raffle but thought it would be even better to partner with some other artisans. It was pretty last minute, but I've reached out to many artisans in the community and they have offered to pitch in some of their keycaps to put into the pool! There is also a last pool of games to pass on the joys of gaming!

Each dollar you donate is equivalent to 1 raffle ticket, and you can put them into different pools if you would like. After you donate, you will need to fill out the raffle form below (need to include a screenshot of the receipt email for verification purchases). You can wait until more of the caps are revealed to fill out the raffle form! I'm not trying to be mean, but there is a $3 min donation to be entered into the raffles! Please also note, if you donate totally anonymously (there's also an option only to let me see your name, which is fine), you will not be able to participate in the raffle because I can't verify your identity :(
I will be updating which artisans and caps will be in the pools (hopefully with some pics).

Q: What happens if I make another donation and I have already filled out the form once?
A: Fill out the form again, but make sure you use the same information (username, donor name) as you did before so we can consolidate your raffle entries!
Q: When do I have to fill out the raffle form by?
A: Raffle form will close roughly at 8am on Sunday, Nov. 6th (Pacific). The drawing will happen on Sunday, and winners should be announced Sunday as well.
Q: Can I win more than once?
A: Yep! Each cap/set will be raffled off individually. If you win, that single ticket will be discarded, but you still will have the rest of your tickets (i.e. if you donated $25 and won once, you still have 24 entries). This is so that if someone was to donate a really large amount of money, it seems fair they can win > 1 cap. We might have to implement a win cap ceiling if the amount gets too high (so we can still spread some love around!) but for the moment, you can win multiple caps, for as many times.

I'm not the most eloquent person so I'm sorry in advance for my noob writing.
As I woke up this morning, I still could feel myself shaking from the excitement of last night. You guys are seriously amazing.
Our final total as of this post is:

To give a short recap for those who weren't able to catch the stream, we hovered around 50 viewers on average for the entirety of the stream (hit 60-70s when I got hosted by the team I was on), which is basically double my normal viewership. We hit 2K pretty early on in the stream (we were at 1.7K at the start) and then I moved the goal to 5K because I was like, why not. Towards the middle part of the stream, we were still pretty far at around 3K mark. Then we got a huge donation of around 700 dollars and we were around 4.4K when the stream hit the last 20 mins. I was pretty certain 600 in the last few mins was not gonna happen .. but someone donated 100 and then my mod came in with a clutch donation to push us to 5K. I literally cried on stream. I came into the Extra Life campaign thinking that 500 was going to be a pretty decent goal. We smashed through that within the first day and now have gotten 10x that amount.
First, I want to thank all the artisans who donated. You guys are so awesome for being so quick to respond and generous in your donations. We had a total of 71 caps/sets (Topre + MX) donated. I was expecting a few artisans because I asked so late, but most artisans responded quickly and were more than happy to throw in something (some even went out of their way to make something special for EL!). I even got messages from people (who I had missed) who were offering up their caps into the raffle. Thanks for contributing your artwork to this raffle, and I hope this paves the way for future collaborations for other great causes.
Secondly, a big round of applause to the mechanical keyboard community. I know sometimes we have our disagreements about what switch is the best (cough MXBlues4life cough), what layout to use, or which keyset is the prettiest, but I think this event alone shows that we can all agree on one thing: when we pool our resources and work together, we can make a big difference. We are passionate people and it's so awesome to see everyone pitching in for a great cause like this. Extra Life 2017, 24 hour stream anyone? :P
Lastly, thank you to all my Twitch followers, viewers, regulars, and fellow streamers. I was hosted by 15+ channels by the end of the night, had a bunch of other streamers hang out, and many of my loyal viewers stop by and support the cause. Thanks for all the cheering, encouragement, and laughs to help me stay positive and energized throughout the stream. As I woke up this morning, I still could feel myself shaking from the excitement of last night. You guys are seriously amazing.
Our final total as of this post is:

To give a short recap for those who weren't able to catch the stream, we hovered around 50 viewers on average for the entirety of the stream (hit 60-70s when I got hosted by the team I was on), which is basically double my normal viewership. We hit 2K pretty early on in the stream (we were at 1.7K at the start) and then I moved the goal to 5K because I was like, why not. Towards the middle part of the stream, we were still pretty far at around 3K mark. Then we got a huge donation of around 700 dollars and we were around 4.4K when the stream hit the last 20 mins. I was pretty certain 600 in the last few mins was not gonna happen .. but someone donated 100 and then my mod came in with a clutch donation to push us to 5K. I literally cried on stream. I came into the Extra Life campaign thinking that 500 was going to be a pretty decent goal. We smashed through that within the first day and now have gotten 10x that amount.
First, I want to thank all the artisans who donated. You guys are so awesome for being so quick to respond and generous in your donations. We had a total of 71 caps/sets (Topre + MX) donated. I was expecting a few artisans because I asked so late, but most artisans responded quickly and were more than happy to throw in something (some even went out of their way to make something special for EL!). I even got messages from people (who I had missed) who were offering up their caps into the raffle. Thanks for contributing your artwork to this raffle, and I hope this paves the way for future collaborations for other great causes.
Secondly, a big round of applause to the mechanical keyboard community. I know sometimes we have our disagreements about what switch is the best (cough MXBlues4life cough), what layout to use, or which keyset is the prettiest, but I think this event alone shows that we can all agree on one thing: when we pool our resources and work together, we can make a big difference. We are passionate people and it's so awesome to see everyone pitching in for a great cause like this. Extra Life 2017, 24 hour stream anyone? :P
Lastly, thank you to all my Twitch followers, viewers, regulars, and fellow streamers. I was hosted by 15+ channels by the end of the night, had a bunch of other streamers hang out, and many of my loyal viewers stop by and support the cause. Thanks for all the cheering, encouragement, and laughs to help me stay positive and energized throughout the stream. Even if you were just lurking, each view counts to help raise visibility of my channel, so I am grateful for each and every one of you too.

Anyway, I'm actually not a big fish fan, but our favorite sushi place has a lot of non-fish sushi. My favorite is the Sweet Ginger roll: Soy paper, sweet potato tempura, avocado wrapped asparagus, crunchy rice and ginger sauce on top.

I'm still sorting through orders (I messed up in the beginning and left out a field so I'm having to run around and ask people for that info), but getting around to raffling soon! Sorry for the delay. First (big) sale so I'm a little overwhelmed.
Some interesting fun facts:
- Y'all like stickers more than I expected... I might have to cut some off of people who requested > 1 set so that I can share the sticker love evenly, but I'll try to work out a way to get everyone stickers who wanted them! I also will be able to sell the stickers on stickermule I think, but more on that later.
- Salmon had by far the most 1st priority votes, and then it was Ebi. Tuna and Hokkigai were around the same for top 5th priority votes. Interesting...
- Currently, the raffle pool for the charity raffle is ~400. That's AMAZING. Y'all are so awesome. I'm assuming I might have some unpaid invoices, so the total donated will probably be less than that! I unfortunately won't know until after invoices are paid. Will post screenie of donation when I do that.

This is actually going to take a pretty long time because I am still going through every order that has at least 1 sticker and/or raffle entry.... I know it's a bit silly to invoice like $1 for a single raffle ticket but I figured it's worth going through because it's for a good cause.
I don't expect every raffle invoice to get paid (I really do understand if you change your mind/were more willing to donate given you would win a keycap), so will cancel unpaid invoices in around 24 hours for those. Raffle will most likely happen on Monday night after I give everyone a chance to pay (maybe even on stream? idk).
You WILL get an invoice if you have put down for a set of stickers or a raffle ticket (even if you don't win caps). I don't want to get people's hopes up when they see that invoice D: so just trying to prepare you guys.

I had some small cancellations and will probably end up with some unpaid ones, (that's why it's at 99% and not 100%) so I'll have to reraffle those or something.

I just dropped off the final giveaway package so that wraps up the Sushkey Sale! :) Thanks to all who participated. This has been quite a learning experience for me and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement on my end! I put the stickers up on my the StickerMule marketplace, but they're a little pricier than I charged because not buying in bulk. Like if we order 20 of one will it get reduced?Yeah, it does look like there's discounts for higher amounts ordered (i.e. looking at the Tamago one, it's roughly $2.4 at 5, $2 at 10, $1.6 at 25) but only within individual designs and not cross designs.

As a small time streamer, I wanted to participate in ExtraLife (http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?) this year. Extra Life is this huge worldwide celebration of the social impact of gamers. I'm planning on doing a stream this Saturday to help raise money for my local children's hospital.
I'm very excited for the raffle prizes this time around. I have some of my own stuff up for raffle but thought it would be even better to partner with some other artisans. It was pretty last minute, but I've reached out to many artisans in the community and they have offered to pitch in some of their keycaps to put into the pool! There is also a last pool of games to pass on the joys of gaming!

Each dollar you donate is equivalent to 1 raffle ticket, and you can put them into different pools if you would like. After you donate, you will need to fill out the raffle form below (need to include a screenshot of the receipt email for verification purchases). You can wait until more of the caps are revealed to fill out the raffle form! I'm not trying to be mean, but there is a $3 min donation to be entered into the raffles! Please also note, if you donate totally anonymously (there's also an option only to let me see your name, which is fine), you will not be able to participate in the raffle because I can't verify your identity :(
I will be updating which artisans and caps will be in the pools (hopefully with some pics).
For my stream, I'm planning on doing a mix of gaming + creative content (I show my clay crafting process on stream!) for 12 hours from 2pm to 2am. There will also be stream only giveaways, so stop by and hangout for some more chances to win stuff :)

FAQs (updating this as more questions get asked :P)
Q: What happens if I make another donation and I have already filled out the form once?
A: Fill out the form again, but make sure you use the same information (username, donor name) as you did before so we can consolidate your raffle entries!
Q: When do I have to fill out the raffle form by?
A: Raffle form will close roughly at 8am on Sunday, Nov. 6th (Pacific). The drawing will happen on Sunday, and winners should be announced Sunday as well.
Q: Can I win more than once?
A: Yep! Each cap/set will be raffled off individually. If you win, that single ticket will be discarded, but you still will have the rest of your tickets (i.e. if you donated $25 and won once, you still have 24 entries). This is so that if someone was to donate a really large amount of money, it seems fair they can win > 1 cap. We might have to implement a win cap ceiling if the amount gets too high (so we can still spread some love around!) but for the moment, you can win multiple caps, for as many times.

As I woke up this morning, I still could feel myself shaking from the excitement of last night. You guys are seriously amazing.
Our final total as of this post is:

To give a short recap for those who weren't able to catch the stream, we hovered around 50 viewers on average for the entirety of the stream (hit 60-70s when I got hosted by the team I was on), which is basically double my normal viewership. We hit 2K pretty early on in the stream (we were at 1.7K at the start) and then I moved the goal to 5K because I was like, why not. Towards the middle part of the stream, we were still pretty far at around 3K mark. Then we got a huge donation of around 700 dollars and we were around 4.4K when the stream hit the last 20 mins. I was pretty certain 600 in the last few mins was not gonna happen .. but someone donated 100 and then my mod came in with a clutch donation to push us to 5K. I literally cried on stream. You can find the whole VOD here (https://www.twitch.tv/tinyteee/v/99550238) - I've highlighted the whole thing so I can have it 5ever :')
I came into the Extra Life campaign thinking that 500 was going to be a pretty decent goal. We smashed through that within the first day and now have gotten 10x that amount.
First, I want to thank all the artisans who donated. You guys are so awesome for being so quick to respond and generous in your donations. We had a total of 71 caps/sets (Topre + MX) donated. I was expecting a few artisans because I asked so late, but most artisans responded quickly and were more than happy to throw in something (some even went out of their way to make something special for EL!). I even got messages from people (who I had missed) who were offering up their caps into the raffle. Thanks for contributing your artwork to this raffle, and I hope this paves the way for future collaborations for other great causes.
Secondly, a big round of applause to the mechanical keyboard community. I know sometimes we have our disagreements about what switch is the best (cough MXBlues4life cough), what layout to use, or which keyset is the prettiest, but I think this event alone shows that we can all agree on one thing: when we pool our resources and work together, we can make a big difference. We are passionate people and it's so awesome to see everyone pitching in for a great cause like this. Extra Life 2017, 24 hour stream anyone? :P
Lastly, thank you to all my Twitch followers, viewers, regulars, and fellow streamers. I was hosted by 15+ channels by the end of the night, had a bunch of other streamers hang out, and many of my loyal viewers stop by and support the cause. Thanks for all the cheering, encouragement, and laughs to help me stay positive and energized throughout the stream. Even if you were just lurking, each view counts to help raise visibility of my channel, so I am grateful for each and every one of you too.

I'm thinking about doing this in two parts: in person at the NorCal meetup, and online. The meetup one would be a donation on the spot and raffling will be done at the meetup as well!
If you want to contribute caps and you are planning on going to the NorCal meetup, then you can just bring your cap(s) there! I would just want to know beforehand a rough estimate of what and how many caps we would have. The meetup is happening on Nov. 11th. If you want to send your caps to have them raffled at the meetup, that also would work, just need it delivered by the 10th.
If you want to contribute and aren't attending, you can hold onto your caps and I'll be sending you the winner's addresses and also $$ to cover the shipping! The online raffle will happen at a later time but you should have the caps ready to ship within the week of the 11th! (so mid November). I will most likely be hosting a 12 hour stream to play games/craft for this event, like I did last year.
Please let me know ASAP if you would like to contribute :) My PMs are open, just message me!

Thanks Tiny! I forgot to ask earlier but it seems like that purple one might be a little translucent based on the base. Do you think so? I put that as my primary and left a note about it in the form just in case. If it's not, any blue is fine :thumb:

Also, to be fully transparent here (I included this in a note on the invoices). I test fitted the stems on my Cherry MX blues board and they fit fine but I forgot that Gateron stems are different. The fit is pretty loose on Gateron (as in, they will fall off the board if you flip it upside down). I'm gonna try and figure out if there's a way I can make tighter stems for the next iterations of the Yeti. I used a synth for the master so.. maybe I can get another synth to see if it will have a tighter fit?

Hey Tiny, you might talk to Binge about this. I remember him mentioning using lacquer to tighten the the stem fit on his masters.

Ah, yes, sorry, forgot to mention! I wouldn't say these are v2s (I think I would have to do a more significant rework on the actual Yeti design), but maybe like v1.1 haha. Stems are now tighter and shouldn't slip off Gat switches, and fit pretty tight on Cherry. Also a little less T H I C C on the walls.
v1 is on the left, v1.1 on the right

(the bubble in the gate was in my master and so now is in all 1.1s.. I don't think it has an impact on the cap so I left it!)

I'm not a singer and the free software I found for writing out the sheet music doesn't allow me to properly space the measures to write the text in the appropriate places but hopefully you can get the gist! tnyDerp
EDITS: SeedyOne listened to this track more times than I expected anyone to do and actually gave some good feedback. I got feedback on a nursery rhyme. And made corrections. At 2:00AM. With work the next day.
