Alternatives to Truly Ergonomic Keyboard
« on: Mon, 06 February 2017, 05:13:42 »
Hi all,

I'm currently starting my 5th TEK replacement procedure (get-Digital support is awesome!).
And as you can imagine I'm getting quite sick of it.

I'm looking for a new keyboard to replace my TEK's.

Are there any keyboards around with the following features:
- Columnar Staggered layout
- Small footprint
- F1-F12 keys
- Mechanical Switches
- Programmable keys to switch between Colemak and QWERTY layout

I've been looking for a while but I haven't found any, so I hope you guys can help.

DIY is now also an option as I've getting a bit desperate.

What about handwiring the TECK to a Teensy? That should solve the Truly Ergonomic's quality shortcomings.
