Get rid of all stickers.
Guaranteed tp4 buys stickers off ebay that over-exaggerate his actual specs.
The last computer I got with stickers on was my first computer when I went to uni and that was 16 years ago. Still have the case in the attic, think it has a Pentium 4 sticker on... Before that I had a laptop which proudly sported P4 and ATI/Radeon stickers.
I've never felt the urge to stick the stickers which come with various parts on my built computers though.
All stickers and labels off - full nude. My PC is not a store display.

Not only that, I've used so many laptops were the stickers scratch/cut/rub/annoy your hands, this applies to outside as well. The plastic around them can also fade so when they eventually come off it looks odd, and then there is how the glue can migrate making it all sticky and dirty around them.
I don't understand how people live like that, I take them off as soon as possible.

The case? It's a metal box with some holes in, hard for it not to work :))
The laptop died of power socket failure, was a one piece motherboard. The CPU had a pin removed and ran 33% faster in a lovely orange desktop board for a while, it never died and probably still works but way too slow to use.
Stickers are lame.

I still have the plastic wrapping around the bezel on my living room TV.

How can you deprive yourself of the satisfaction of pealing the plastic wrapping off? I always have that peeled off the second the TV comes out of the box.

I always leave stuff on electronics unless I have to take it off. I still have the plastic wrapping around the bezel on my living room TV.

Who does?
But this is like leaving the plastic on furniture, sure it protects it, but you bought nice furniture to enjoy and then never get to actually enjoy it.
Who does? But the plastic wrapping is out of the way! It's only around the bezel, and we notice it only when we turn the TV (it's on the wall mount).

But I'm still crazy. When I get a new phone I leave the factory protector on the screen until the screen protector comes in. And yes, even if the factory protector has a large decal on it.
