Does the high amount of pre-orders set back the estimated shipping date?
Does the selling price change depending of the amount pre ordered?
In general, assume the estimated ship date is a month to 6 weeks early. If all aspects of the color match and QC go well, maybe they'll be a little early.
Both the volume on this set and others probably will contribute to some delays. For instance, GMK Oblivion ran in June, and started to arrive last week. There were some errors in some molds which pushed other sets back out farther. One set which uses 10 colors (handarbeit) will probably be 7.5 months before it ships.
There have been historically busy months which probably haven't had the caps made yet. Dracula and Camping combine for over 4000 base sets and there were several other buys that month, and they're going to be made before Olivia ++.
