Why do you have to pay taxes if Canada is part of the NAFTA?
You need to register a certificate to declare something as NAFTA. (Quite a lot of pages to declare/sign/provide for every shipment)
100% of the materials would also have to be sourced within North America, including plastics, dye, box, etc.
Anything above $20 is subject to customs fees, but many items usually pass when they're declared under $200. Taylor had quite a large order, so the tax collectors decided to jump on his package.
