Hey Everyone,
First of all, thank you to everyone who has participated in our group buys since we returned last month!
We still can't believe that Base Kit sold out in just about 72 hours.

Unfortunately, for the first time, we are having to cancel a keycap set group buy. The numbers for DCS Pooped in the Pool are low, but we were willing to work on strengthening those numbers and buying out the set as needed. We have learned, however, that Signature Plastics' lead times for DCS, DSA, and DSS have drastically increased over the last few weeks.

When we received our final quote before group buy began, it was estimated to take 36 weeks for production. According to the latest information given by Signature Plastics in the last couple of days, they are currently at 44 weeks for production of these profiles. Given this information, it didn't sit well with us to contribute to the elongation of this queue with a low quantity meme set.

We apologize and hope to never have to cancel a group buy again. All participants will receive a full refund with no penalty. In addition, we will be memorializing the set with a special sticker that will be sent out free of charge to those that purchased the set. Pooped in the Pool deskmats will continue to be made, feel free to continue placing your orders for those. Group buy participants will still have their deskmat orders, but can contact us to cancel them without penalty if desired.

We really really wanted the PITP base kit to be, well, Base Kit compatible. In the initial kitting, that was the case. Unfortunately, SP's price increases plus the lower MOQ we have for this set made a base kit that includes numpad untenable. We're disappointed, too, but this was the best way to make this set affordable.

I have not ordered a signature plastics set in like ~10 years, probably since CCnG, are the alpha legends correct on the render?  I remember them being much lighter but this looks like the heavier Cherry legends (not sure if SP can do those too).

SP does have Cherry legends for DCS now as well at the traditional modified Gorton.
