Yep I've been using Tapatalk since v2, big fan of the new version!
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

There's thread somewhere and a few mentions.

I've been using 2 and 4. 2 doesn't like pictures in pm's or the new profiles. 4 I can't get used to.

I'm on Tapatalk 4 on Android. Timeline is Spy so that's awesome. I like the multi-quote and the interface but I hate how PMs are handled.

I've never used Tapatalk before, but I might as well try this with the decent price.  Is "Community Reader by Tapatalk 4" what I would want to purchase?  There are wayyy too many apps with slightly different colored logos in the store.  I have no idea what they all do.

I'm tapatalk Pro on iOS6.  Version 2.2.  It used to be called tapatalk2, but I guess they change how they distribute their software on iOS.  Now we have Tapatalk and Tapatalk Pro

So if you turn the verifications on, it spams you with everything you star or follow as well as PMs. This results in my phone exploding with vibrations. If you turn them off, they don't get pushed as notifications and then I have to manually refresh the PM area. Not sure how to get Tapatalk to just push PMs as notifications.

Okay, I bought it!  And it looks like the other colored logos are just to change the theme...??  I seriously have to pay 3 bucks to get blue text?  Am I missing something?

I use it and love it. The only issue I'm having with it is that pictures sometimes don't display unless I click the post itself.

I've been using Tapatalk 4 on Android since the beta version. It lets me keep up with the forum even better than in the browser, although I hate typing on the phone screen.

I'm annoyed that I had to pay even $.99 since I'd already bought v2, but it is worth it. It was confusing having both versions of 4 (beta and release) on my phone at once though. I had to uninstall both, then reinstall the release version to be sure I had the right one.

I need to double check because I was also using the beta and apparently I bought this 'new' version back in January for $0.99

I can't stand the browser on a phone. Give me 17" or bigger. TWSS!

So is tapatalk 4 what they used to call the hd tablet version?
I'm confused because when I start tapatalk 4 it warns about size of screen. Tapatalk 2 has the orange icon. Tapatalk 4 has the nude color (?)
I'm using the hd version (4) because it doesn't seem to mark messages as read whenever it gives a notification.

That's how I understood it, but I didn't get any warning message or anything.

Also my Tapatalk 2 shows VIP after getting 4, not sure what that's about.

Hmm yeah I'm not sure when mine started showing VIP because I've had both apps for as long as I can remember.
Well I like the hd/4 version more than 2, but I also run my screen DPI at 320 or lower so YMMV.

It's saying that yours is too small. And they don't mean the screen. hhhehehe

Well TT4 locks up when your mailbox capacity hits 118.4% and if you have previously used the messages module, you can't get back into GH.   :)

That's something I didn't notice before, but I'm guessing it's any mailbox that is 'over capacity'.
That needs to be fixed because I can't read any messages with TT4.

Yes, not every time but quite often I will be browsing and it just kicks back to the menu.

I also can not seem to upload more than one photo at a time using  version 4.

Yes, same here, especially if the last place I was is in my inbox. It is like it times out communicating with GH and returns to the Tapatalk 4 home screen. GH is the only forum that does this for me. All others work great.

I don't really use those functions, so I'm not sure about that..
