5. About AFP coating
AFP Coating (a.k.a. PVD with Anti-Fingerprint Silica Coating) — for an even softer touch feeling.
Using a thin layer of PVD coating combined with silica coating, we’re able to offer a clear coat on the top of the PVD surface.
This protective layer helps prevent both scratches and damage to the weight. When combined with the silica coating the surface becomes water and oil resistant.
The result is a surface that is not only protected, but also prevents fingerprints not showing up nearly as much while making the overall cleaning process easier without leaving marks.

Design Inspiration
The idea for the Paper 80 comes from the 2013 Oscar-winning animated short film Paperman, directed by John Kahrs.
So why is it called the Paper 80? Since paper was invented, it has been used to send messages—a love letter, a promise.
In today's world, the keyboard has become another way to send messages.
In Paperman, the paper airplane carries the main character's feelings. We hope that the Paper 80 can also share your thoughts and feelings in the digital world.
Mid-case Fold Light Design
One of the key features we wanted to add is the Mid-case Fold Light. The sides and back of the Paper 80 fold lines inspired by the Paper Airplane.
Lit up, we enjoy a calming glow around the entire keyboard.
If only the sides light up and not the front and back, it looks odd. This inconsistency makes the plastic light guide panel stand out awkwardly against the aluminum.
The material difference could turn a design highlight into a disaster.
So, we came up with a floating "mid-case fold light" as our solution.
We redesigned the internal space so the mid-case can light up and support the structure without widening the case.
Paper Plane External Weight Logo
We want every design on the PAPER 80 to feel seamless, like clouds naturally floating in the sky.
We were constantly designing the folds and sharp angles of the paper airplane logo to make it look sharper.
Finally, we got this perfect one, it has very defined folds, a 3D look, and appears to fly out of the surface.
We put a lot of effort into these details, even though users might not notice them, we believe these details show our dedication to perfecting the PAPER 80.
Paper Plane LED Diffuser
To match the mid-case fold light, we made the front paper airplane LED diffuser from a light-transmitting material.
We didn't make the whole shape light up because it would lose its texture and uniqueness. Instead, we used infill to color only the four sharp triangles that form the paper airplane.
This way, the design stands out more, and only the lines light up, adding a small detail that users can appreciate.
Mounting
When designing the structure, you might ask why we didn't use a traditional gasket system?
The answer is we wanted to reduce keyboard vibrations from typing as much as possible.
With that in mind we designed the lock-hole gasket mount that strikes a balance between internal space usage and a consistent feel.
Our goal isn't to have an extremely soft typing experience but rather provide appropriate support within a perceptible depression. This is what we truly aim to achieve.

Thank you for taking your time! We're plan it, will update soon :D
iNViSiBiLiTi:
Lock Hole Gasket mount looks a lot like Hineybush's O-ring Burger Mount.
Also this board looks way too easy to tip over/wobble to the side because of the feet placement/design.
