I decide the kits as below,
- Base : 60% kit
- Add on : some keys for 65%
So I also update the 3D rendering with 65%.
Currently just wait to get the feedback to zFrontier for CN proxy.
If I will receive the feedback, I will start to progress the GB soon.

Design Update
Checked quotation.
Quotation is not low as my expectation. Specially if we divide the kit separately(60% / 65% add on), price will be higher than total set as 5~6USD
So I will decide the as below options.
- Case 1 : Only 60% kit
- Case 2 : Total kit but modify the 65% kit as delete the all function keys and add the R1~R4 blank keys
I don't tell the expectated price until final design and if design will finally fxed, I will calculate the expectation price.

(2) Color are fixed : will be progressed by only two tone design.

- For all 60% mini keyboards including HHKB with MX slider
- Additional 65% keys (Arrow / Function)
Regarding 65% keys, originally I planned to make separately. But it is not be estimated to have strong benefit.
So now added in one set.
More questions to myself.
- Does it need the F1~F12 for 75%? How much increase the cost from adding this keys?
- 75% KBD GBs are not many. Really need?

I'd like to make new Interesting check.
Maybe many 60~70% mini users are very interesting this sets.
Now Duck0113 have been preparing New keyboard for mini and it will be HHKB style with asymmetry bottom row as same with HHKB. (See the last picture)
So I have been designing keycaps.

Two sets are considered.
(1) Two tone.

Rendering will be additionally modified as below,

- R2 backspace : Change to normal arrow
- R4 Alt key : Change to Opt legends inclination
- R4 control key will be changed below
diamond icon needed(left position)
Command mark inclination and increase size
- Add 7U space bar for Viper user
2. One tone
- R1 : delete duplicated | \ key.
- R2 backspace : Change to normal arrow
- R4 Alt key : Change to Opt legends inclination
- R4 control key will be changed below

I like your other designs as well; but, this one is a sensible proposal that will provide HHKB-layout-users with a great value offering that has not been intended previously. I really appreciate your forward thinking.

- Would it be possible to have a R3 Control key without the Caps Lock icon like the HHKB set? Also not sure what is possible with GMK, but a diamond icon or Code text on the 1.5u R4 keys would be preferable over seeing Control printed twice on the keyset.

Doubt it as it's a very focused set. This'll just add unnecessary keys that will raise the price. International kits are silly in practice as they never hit MOQ (on average you'd need 2500 base sets to hit 100 MOQ).

How about numpad numbers on the bottom right corner of the respective keys?if it will be made by double shout, new mold needed. Pad printing on top will be deleted after long time using. So just side pad printing. But I don't want to make it because I think that 60% custom users use many different setting. Please understand my opinion.

Obviously everyone's individual layouts vary, but I think all 4 of the Home, End, Page Up and Page Down keys should be available options for those 4 keys on the right side of a 65%. For reference, the default layout of the Z70 (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=86406.0) was Page Up/Page Down/Home/End.

Ofering 65% coverage is a complex goal. How to achieve it, is not an easy call and I think that only you that has full pricing data can make the best choice. The blank keys may be the more efficient way to cover 65% boards, however, some of them require double R1 and R2 keys like Varmilo's and the second 2.25 shift and arrows are required, as well. I'd say run the poll and see how much interest 65% coverage calls.

I love both colourways and will be in for both, and I totally appreciate the focus on 6x% but... it would be amazing to have an extension for 75%-TKL...I also agree that dark set is so good. But Poll in KR, result is just 30% of total. If I will start this GB and success, dark set will be considered as next project. Thanks for your interesting!

Simply, Normally MOQ will be increased, it lead to decrease the price. One step will be lead to decrease about 9~10%.
Let see....GMK MOQ is 150 / 250 / 500 / 1000 / 1500.
TA(only 121 keys) is maybe 500 MOQ ==> 99 USD
If 250 ==> 99 / 0.9 = 110USD
If 150 ==> 110 / 0.9 = 122USD
If TA was 140~150keys, maybe +15USD. (2 years ago)
Also your calculation is very simple. But calculation is not simple. We have to consider many thing as processing / Color(one tone or two tone or some novelty keys) / Size / side pad printing / LED keys(if added)New mold price (if used) / ETC..... Also exchange rate(Now EURO/USD = 1.2)
Normally 140~150keys with 250 MOQ is 130~140USD in many GBs. It means that if 150MOQ, maybe generally 140~150USD. (Not massdrop).
I am not sure but in my calculation, maybe only 60% set will be about 110 USD with 150MOQ, about 100 USD with 250 MOQ.
(In your calculation, you mention that 0.6 USD for 1U keys. So 40~50keys difference is about 30USD. So my calculation is not big difference)
I will try to discuss with GMK and it will be helpful to decrease the cost.

Even if we accept your pricing, that's AT LEAST $19.20 for the bare minimum coverage. $24 for total coverage. If the 65% kit is $100, that means you are saying a 20-24% increase is "marginally more expensive".

The entire point of this set is a cheap set for compact layouts. It was originally just going to cover the trooper/viper. Increasing the price 20% for non-compact sets makes no sense to someone like me. I will gladly take the $20 savings for keys i never use.

I could use that kit if it added 7u, but I use both 60/65% boards, so 65% would be perfect. That said, 60% only wouldn't stop me from buying it.
I myself plan to try and run a 65% and under kit with as much coverage as possible at some point :P.

Well, those are 60% keyboards that try to jam together a 65% layout. The only official board that uses a 2u Shift that I know of is Cherry G80-11900 if I'm correct. And then there's a lot of keysets on KbdFans that offer 2u Shift also.
P.S. Official was meant as a board that could be a donor keyset if you looking for Cherry profile keys.

No bars?As I continuously posted before, FJ bar were not included. Split space bar 3 key was already accepted and added with free of charge.
I'll buy it either way, but I'd offer both if I were you. Ask GMK when you ask them about split spacebar.
I am not sure GMK accept to add 2 keys with free of charge. But if we will reach the 2nd tier as 250 set, I will discuss to add 2 key with free of charge again. I think that it is reasonable approach method to add these considering also GMK side. I will try!
