Finally reached GB status!
I just placed my order.

Is the maximum MOQ determined at 40 units? I might buy an extra PCB before the Feb 28 deadline, but I'm worried the GB might close early if there's a maximum MOQ.
Also, can I change to alternate domestic shipping? I will be in Seoul in June, so I'd like to save some money on shipping cost.

Great Thanks to you friend for holding onto it. My caps will also arrive in June so I'll need to find a case for the split space layout.
Also, is there a color sample for the different PCB options? I'm wondering if the blue is dark shade or light mint blue like the GON PCB from mekanisk GB.

yeah the middle option(1-1-1-arrow) is not possible, gotta say that middle option layout was the best,
i talk to the maker about it too but the hole screw is right there so its not possible sadly :p

Forgive this question from a newbie - does universal plate support all layouts? If so, what is the point in ordering less flexible layouts?

I ordered a 3u plate, but now I'm considering changing to universal in case I want to try the other layouts later.

I love this flexibility in bottom row and spacebar options btw  :thumb:

Definitely in for one, just gotta figure out what layout to go with.

A few questions for plate:

1. Will we be able to get the plate anodized in the color of our choosing? (for aluminum)
2. Is the brass plate coated to prevent tarnishing?

Thanks!

Just filled out my form. Might add to it, since this is a really cool project and it's fantastic to see so many layout options (and brass plates!).

A 60% PCB+Arrow cluster with split spacebar on brass plate just might be damn near endgame for me.

I ordered 6u, but sent a PM to change to universal. However looking at the pic that bottom row seems so thin for brass on the universal. Kind of worried about how easily that would bend. Might ask to have it changed back.

What is the difference between those materials we can choose for the plate in terms of "feel"? I only have experience with steel ones so far.

I think not ordering a universal plate makes for a more stable keyboard in the end. If you know you're not going to try a bunch of layouts, you may as well get a non-universal layout.

Leeku PCBs typically are though you may need to solder some in, especially on the bottom row considering how many layouts the pcb supports

2. i forgot about brass i will ask leeku again

EDIT : as leeku said plate finishing will be same as KIN's(TX) keyboard

Considering to go PCB mounted switches with no plate:

Is there any blocker available in this size? or maybe some form of custom made one could fill the empty corner thing?

If you want split space bar GMK made, you should check this coming soon GB that includes a split space bar kit.

Good to see we've almost hit MOQ! I already have 2 PCB+plates on order, but I might bump it up and add another at this rate!
