Too green?  Is that possible?

NOT possible! Green is the color that other colors bow to!

My wife hates my ergodoxen, but she likes clicky and green... this was the first set I think she said she really liked.

Before I ask GMK I thought I'd ask here in case the GB runners can answer..

Would it be possible to get a cap that wasn't included in the actual set? I need a 1.5u R4 'Fn' cap, so I can have all 1.5u bottom row modifiers. There is a 1.5u Fn in the set, but it's R3 to take the Caps Lock spot.

Just wondering if anyone knows the possibility of this, maybe GMK would knock up one depending on price..

It's a good question.

Incidentally, I really want to get R3 1.25 keys in n9 (or possibly other colours). Does anyone have any ideas on where I can get those?

GMK would have a fairly high MOQ for small amounts of caps. Looking at the recent "watsters" GB, iirc the MOQ was 2500.

The moq is only 150 from what I understand, it's just not cheap: MOQ 150pcs., 2.80€/pc

Though that pricing I believe is based on a custom legend. But that means it would be ~$500. Also this is for a 1u key.

Interesting.. Well, I'll drop them a message anyway just in case it's possible. I've spoke to them before and they were great with communications.

Just an update guys.

Have been speaking to Michael at GMK / Uniqey, super helpful guy, really on top with his replies.

Initially he's saying that they'd usually require a 150 MOQ for even small batch runs, understandable, I've told him I'm certain we wouldn't achieve that.

He's going to take the inquiry higher up and see if they could fit in a very small run of a cap like this, and get back to me with rough estimate for the absolute minimum MOQ / price and roughly when they could fit it into their schedule, as they only do 3 production runs at a time so anything like this would need to fit around that schedule.

So while I await and update I'll ask with you guys:

Would you be interested in a 1.5u R4 Fn key?

This would allow you to run a Winkeyless-style bottom row with 1.5u mods and 7u spacebar. This looks extra nice on 75% boards in my opinion and is what I'm looking to achieve:

words

So, just a heads up cause I'm not really certain if you knew or not, but there is a 2nd 1.5u Alt in the base set that's meant for completing wkl bottom row. It's not an Fn, but it's a simple solution to row-correctness.

Oh yeah for sure, it's the easier option too lol, I just want to enquire for the sake of completion, if it ends up being too costly (likely tbh) then I probably won't bother

What about r3 1.25u keys?

If gmk can't produce those, I might want to take spares from other coniferous buyers...

So, does anybody have any spare 1.25u row 3 Fn keys from their Coniferous sets?
