Everybody wants to be a snowflake. But when everyone's special, no one is.
The key is to be yourself. Everyone is unique and that in itself is special. I have no problem with everyone being at the same level, but I do have a problem with everyone being the same. Your skills / talents complement everyone elses skills / talents to make the whole group more useful. "Better" is most often a subjective thing, and it
always is when comparing different things.
That's why you can choose to either be either "Exquisite"
or "Esteemed"... completely individual... totally unique.
Remember Dr. Seuss' The Sneetches? If the Sneetches without stars didn't care about having stars and acted on it by having their own marshmallow toasts and weenie roasts instead of playing the star-bellies' game of perceived superiority, they wouldn't have needed McBean to take away all their money to learn their lesson.
