Alright well seein as riotonthebay is being a big scary mod and all for some reason, here is my endgame board in all it's uncropped, un-resized and un edited glory;

Very happy I finally managed to finish this board, has taken a really long time to put together as keyboarding isn't my main hobby/interest.
Now I just need CC to make a Miami Skull and it would be perfect!

If you can settle for completing the mintgum set and can find me literally any MX skull to swap, I've got an extra MG skull to help finish your set

Dat tricolor mint/teal/pink is just perfect with it finally getting hot for summer.

Very kind offer good sir, but the only CC's I have are on that board. I sold my last skull at cost to Bunny as he was in need of it!
I'll have my GMK stuff up for trade/sale later when I've finished moving into my new place though :)

But yeah mintgum skull would be nice :P but I can always dream of a Miami skull :P

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

My camera is dieing ... the lens won't come out by itself any more, have to pull it out.  But once out it still takes reasonable pictures :)

It's a G80-3700HQAUS - Purchsed from Tinlong (he should have some more available).  Doubleshot main keys - the top row keys and Num Lock should be pad printed.

MX Blacks then, I suppose. Just from looking at it, how easy would it be to get it open and swap the switches, do you think? Something like that might be interesting indeed. I may look into getting one of those myself.

I actually like black switches, but it wouldn't be too hard to replace springs and stems, as the switches are pcb mounted.

Awesome. I have some extra blues, and almost enough clears as well. Never tried blacks though.

Will see how finances work out. Thanks for the info :)

I like your style with purchases  :cool:

I spent far too long waiting for the new mod mic and ended up settling for a set of PC350SE's which to be fair I am pretty happy with for gaming, just a nicer set of cans would have been preferable.
