On my way to work I got my hands on a keybord from Victor technologies.
I weighs almost 2kg (1956g), has no windows keys and is tactile with a miniscule click just before bottoming out.
According to the legends inside the case the mold have been used from february 88 until april 92 when this case was molded.
Part No. 45248060
Serial No. F2222040 rev 01

I have never seen the keyswitch before. It has thin keycaps over a white keystem over a large rectangular keystem emanating from the board. The white "inner key cap"/keystem have two legs running over the corners of the boards stem into the internals.
Hard to explain, I'll try to get some pics later on.

Apart from this the board is extremly well built, thick spiral ps2 cord, an abundance of screws holding the metal base plate to the board and so on.

Anyone heard of it?

Your description is very vague, but could it be a Fujitsu Peerless keyboard?

Same switches.
Springs inside the stems I found out when I finally pulled one of.

Thanks Huha.
