The last of the Samhain packages were dropped off yesterday morning, so anybody with preshipment should have their package soon (or tracking updated, for International). Please email me if preshipment hasn’t moved by Tuesday, regardless of if you are from Samhain or Fulfillment.

Please email Support today if you haven’t gotten a tracking email at all from a sale, even if you emailed before. Chett will make sure you have tracking and we’ll get things moving. Thanks everyone!

My submission for the Samhain Pumpkin Carving contest: I tried to carve a Shishi with some form of depth. I am relatively new to the hobby but absolutely love your keys, I got lucky with a Foxdie Orochi in fulfillment and am looking forward to a Blood Spectre (hopefully Shishi!) in the next couple of days. Thanks for all of the hard work you put into your craft!

Nope, real. Got replies for the first month or so, radio silence since.

Sneaky does reply here but I assume each of my emails are missing in a mountain of new ones from the fulfilment sale etc..

Not sure. I do feel bad about it, but I’m down three caps which is a decent amount to just give up as never going to arrive.

If you find something that works, please let me know!

Can you add me to that queue? Had a label printed 2 weeks ago on a replacement cap and it didn't move and has now dropped off informed delivery. Sent a follow up email haven't heard back.

Heyyo! My submission to the pumpkin carving contest! I know it's on the late side but works been killin' me.

Sorry for the photo spam but I am very proud of how it turned out!

Went with the ever popular shishi (in retrospect I kinda wish I'd done mulder, but there is next year!) And the keyforge logo! I do adore the foo-dog/guardian lion theme and I hope to win one in a raffle someday!

And while I know batboi skidd isn't keyforge, but He's so SPOOPY and wanted to join in on the party! ;3

I want to thank keyforge for creating these caps and giving us the opportunity to own these little pieces of art, all of you are stunning and I hope the endeavor is a never ending success!

🦇!HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🦇

*I'm not sure why it loaded sideways I'm on mobile right now on way to party, I'll fix as soon as possible! Sorry!

Great work on the pumpkins! Really love them all. The Sneaky Potato was especially sneaky, I totally missed it on my first look. I will be choosing winners tomorrow morning/afternoon, thanks to those who took the time out of their holiday to participate.

I'm working on the last of the PMs right now, I'll be back in town to reship any orders that need it tomorrow evening.

I hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween :)

Both Briezion and Gasp will receive commissions for their outstanding work, and an Honorable Mention prize will go to J725 for sharing his pumpkin. I will contact the three of you once I am back home, I’m on the road back from visiting family right now. Congrats guys!

If you’re waiting on a response from me, I’ll be doing them all day tomorrow with Chett now that the holiday is over and we’ll be back in the swing of things. Any outstanding problems will be taken care of ASAP tomorrow, and I don’t plan on doing anything in the entire month of November until everyone is taken care of and nobody is waiting on anything random. Goal is to reach inbox zero tomorrow, though.

I’m also going to be having my wife join the Support team full-time starting tomorrow after training her last week, so you will likely start to see responses from Erika and Chett starting tomorrow. She will specifically handle orders that need to be reshipped or fixed. Over the next week  things should be smoother with much faster response times now that we have a third set of hands. Once I have an idea of how quickly we can resolve tickets, I’ll be able to set some kind of SLA on responses. That should give people a good measure of how long they should expect to wait on a response.

We hope everyone had a great holiday <3 Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year to make caps. I’m always sad when it’s over.

If you have a pending issue that hasn't received attention for some reason, please bump it now and she will have it resolved immediately. Her response times have been lightning fast for people that have been waiting on pending issues.

Erika has done a fantastic job getting the Support queue caught up over the past couple of days, and nearly ALL pending and new issues have been addressed, or are currently being addressed today. I'm extremely impressed with how hard she has been working to make sure everyone is taken care of, it is not an easy task.

Or, you can PM me and I'll refund you. That simple.
