Hello, everyone. This is Unmarked Design. We are going to present our first keycap design - Fira Code.
This design is based on the famous opensource font Fira Code, https://github.com/tonsky/FiraCode (https://github.com/tonsky/FiraCode)

March 9:
So sorry that some progress haven't been updated for a while. We asked EPBT for sample before and they responded really quick. The sample turns out good. But we heard that folks do worry about EPBT so we haven't decided the final manufacturer yet. And it's true that they can't confirm schedule. We didn't give the groupbuy info to KBD too. That's a mistake that KBD launched the fira code groupbuy info themselves.

We are still looking for the manufacturer. Hope we can update the manufacturer and vendors soon.

Why does the base kit have the ISO-UK specific keys ~# and @' but not the 2" and 3£? If you're going to give us ISO-UK in base - which you should - please give us all of it. Otherwise put those two in the international kit - which you shouldn't, imo.

Can you respond to feedback at all, please? I don't really want to buy a set if all you do is drop the renders, ignore feedback, and then expect us to buy on GB without any communication from you.

Your ISO-UK situation requires addressing. You have two keys exclusively used within the UK included in the base kit (useless to various other European regions) but don't have 2" and 3£. You can't do it both ways.

fira code is my preferred font for coding too, but this set is worthless until we know how it'll be made and what quality we can expect.

Using alter for 1.5u alt keys is ugly. Not that my opinion matters here, this is not a real IC, you just dropped some renders and it went straight to sale.

Yes, it was. My native language isn't english either, but he did answer your question.

Tonsky approved this project by explicitly applying the license they did to the font. They could have picked any license for their font. They picked this one. He approves anyone to use it for commercial use explicitly by applying that license, which is something they did knowingly, wilfully, and with express knowledge of the implications.

What you probably meant to ask was either "has he endorsed this product?", or "what does he think of this product?", or "was this product made in cooperation with tonsky?" or something similar.

That said, since ePBT is producing it, I'm not touching it with a 10 foot pole. I bought "Less, but better", and I'm never buying another ePBT set unless someone tells me they've retooled their factory.

Even then I would not buy this set, because the designer has cut way too many corners, has no idea how to produce decent kits, and has completely ignored community feedback, and hasn't posted an actual IC at all.

1) Why are you using ePBT when they're still trying to get through sets run in early 2020?
2) This kitting is genuinely awful
3) Your lack of any sort of IC feedback reception is at best lazy and at worst really arrogant for someone's first IC
4) Your lack of updates to this IC (still doesn't even show the manu despite KBDFans listing it as ePBT) makes it seem like yes, genuine laziness
5) Why in the world would you run a set with vibrant/neon legends on a dark base key through reverse dyesub
6) You haven't shared colors, and given everything else mentioned here I'm putting money on you matching this to hex codes

I'm having a hard time understanding some of the legends.
- Is the litigature kit just random symbols without any connection to even an obscure syntax of a kind?
- Is the 4#_lib kit just a random assortment of keywords slightly related to computing, ranging from proprietary tools, to bash commands, to cryptopoop, to assorted keywords?

Look, we get it that you are using an alt account for this keycap set.

Not sure why you are ashamed to associate your previous set, Less But Better.

Sure, this set can only be run with dye-sub... but who else is going to do this and get you the QC that you would like? Switch to Keyreative!?!? MW?

Good luck, maybe consider investing in getting custom molds and doing doubleshot instead. You might have a better chance at producing a better product that way.
