Updated as of 14 June 2018

I've gone through the set again and removed/added some keys, also added kits which may or may not be combined into the main base kit. Let me know what keys you might want

Also added Cyrillic and JP kits because why not?

CNY Kit is based on typical Chinese New Year colours, it was present in the original design but I figured it might work as an accent kit.

Colours are as follow:

Dear all,

The following set is a collaboration between myself and StoreUni.com https://www.storeuni.com/ , who helped organise the recent Malaysian MKB Meetup with Cooler Master in KL and works closely with the community on many projects. The set will be produced by Maxkeys, and we're in the process of working out the finer details with them. Our main focus will be on the Malaysian MKB community and thus the GB will be run through StoreUni.com with support for international buyers. Pricing ,shipping charges and misc fees will be announced in due time. This does not take away energy spent on DSA Run, that set is in the works and I'll have more news soon.

After taking into consideration the feedback given about the similarity between SS and this set we've revised the set to the following colours:

Apologies for the rather basic/sparse site, I'm not too familiar with coding stuff

This will be a one set keycap design, there will not be additional keys beyond what is shown below as Maxkeys is unable to produce, and frankly we can't afford their asking price for new molds.

I kinda like it. Although I think it should come with black/gold variations of the white accents as well. I don't see myself using the white accents if I bought it.

Would be nice to get gold on black modifiers to differentiate from Strong Spirit. All gold on black would look really classy; too much gold ends up looking tacky.

How do you figure?

The market (audience?) for both sets is... mechanical keyboard owners. The theme in Strong Spirit is a little better defined, but that only shows in the novelties. The base kit is almost identical to this set down to the row profile. Not saying anyone "owns" a particular colorway but it's probably not a good idea to run two directly-competing sets at the same time (or close enough in this case).

Yeap looking into this, I might tweak or remove the white accents since it's rather similar to Strong Spirit

On a general note I'll be tweaking the colours, since a few people have mentioned the similarities. Really appreciate the constructive feedback when available, there will be an update in the next 48 hours

Agree with using any Gold particles here because if you use the "LUX" name at least make it look luxurious which, usually entails heaps of GOLD within any Colour way shown.

I'll probably have to drop some keys to do that, just to make sure the cost is not too high. I might end up dropping the red ones just and stick to a pure yellow/gold + black theme as you mentioned

I will be able to start a more complete IC soonish, some other stuff to take care of. As of now Maxkeys is still an option since I can put it up on my store, but I kinda like Cherry profile more atm.

My 2 cents: I much prefer the GMK version. Reminds me of skidata+ or terminal, but with gold text. For some reason every time I see the SA version, I think of Trump.... But since I don't believe that gmk is the popular opinion here, I'll yield to the SA train.

I dig the color scheme. It reminds me of Onyx Anniversary Powermatic tools. (The "Gold Standard" of woodworking.)

I'd be interested in SA, if that's still on the table. Not personally interested in GMK though.

I've gone through the set again and removed/added some keys, also added kits which may or may not be combined into the main base kit. Let me know what keys you might want

Also added Cyrillic and JP kits because why not?

CNY Kit is based on typical Chinese New Year colours, it was present in the original design but I figured it might work as an accent kit.
