Some updates:

Added some novelties to purple mod kit:

Did a spacebar kit, but I'm not sure if I should separate the spacebars from the space keys since MOQ will probably be a problem:

spacebar kit looks fine

3u/3u split is gaining traction in some communities, does SP have SA 3u spacebar molds? i can't remember

Awesome, I think enough people can use the blanks to fill some custom layouts.
Thanks for adding this.

Yes, but concave not convex, so a Spacekey. Spacebars start at 4u.

Would it make sense to also have an Evangelion "E" key? I don't know what the font would be... Also could be orange on purple...

that has got to be the most detailed and helpful reply ever...ty...can you do a jtk and gmk comparison...i found jtk toxic and really want to put it in the collection but have been hesitant as i know knock offs can be kinda wonky sometimes

JTK is good on thickness and profile (Cherry), but have had various issues with legend inconsistencies and stem molds. They've fixed a lot of their issues, but I would wait at least until after JTK Aqua ships to buy into the next round of JTK Toxic -- they've got some more legend fixes slated for JTK Aqua.

I think something's inappropriate in "Ortholinear" kit.
Since the Ortholinear stands for "planck", "atomic" and "preonic", it should at least have {r3 2u "return"} and  {r3 1u"caps lock"}
I think the "Planck/Atomic Kit" in round 1 is prefect. I realize that some other 40's may need extra keys, but i think keys like {2.25u r4 "shift"} {2.25u r3 "return"} never gonna help.
Tell me if i'm wrong.

honestly I would be shocked if this set didn't reach MOQ in the first week. Assuming its not something obscene like 500... most likely the moq will be 150-250... and I would even go as far as betting it will hit that in the first 24hr's of being live.

I'm mostly worried about the ergodox kit. I know for sure PuLSE will reach MOQ, but I really want this set instead. If the ergodox kit doesn't reach the quota, then this set will be useless for me :(

The kits have been soft-locked and sent to SP for quotes. The only thing I can say at the moment is we have an option to lower prices or add keys when tiers are hit. 2 x 1u blank keys shouldn't be a problem, but I don't want to promise anything at the moment.

I think you need to add the none standard kit to the mod kit. Truth be told at this point. 90% of people that even buy into this drop will most likely need the non standard kit. Perhaps bundling them will lower the overall price for those people. I honestly think 1.75u has become standard as far as layouts go. I would say a fair number of people also like the stepped caplock's key.

A quick check on SA Oblivion's page shows 500 TKL mods sold vs 200 non-standard. I'll need more proof that they need to be merged, because that will affect the price significantly for everyone.

Just curious, but would it make sense to put the spacebar from the non-standard kit into the spacebar kit?
It doesn't matter to me as I have no use for that spacebar but will probably end up with both the non-standard and spacebar kit.

Most people who use winkeyless will need that spacebar, and I don't think they will want to be forced to buy the spacebar kit. Also they'll be different colors.

This has been discussed in round 1 and I went with R4 for the bottom row. ullr is correct, I want this to be compatible with round 1.

kinda shocked by that but the numbers are the numbers. I figured at this point most people would be running a non standard layout. Perhaps 60% and TKL are far more popular then I thought. I guess there also the 40% crowd that be in that number also! I figured it might just save some money over having to buy both if most people buy both anyway. Only half do then there is no point. I would say you need least 75% of people to buy into both to justify the added cost for everyone.

If I wanted to buy some r3 1u blanks, what color code would I get for the green?

Asking because I want the blank ergodox set to match a pulse set with the r3 for the bottom row vs the r4 that we have for this set. Just my OCD kicking in.

Any chance to add spacebar kit that supports split spacebar layout?

Latest kits contains split spacebars/keys. Should cover most split layouts.

Ah... didn't look at the lastest update comment.
I wish 3u is included in the spacebars kit as there're some keyboards use signal/dual 3u space.

I'm hoping the numpad can be separated from the modifiers. I need an extra numpad for the 1800x2, and only 1 set of modifiers.
