Would you consider a torx or hex screw for the back detail, or is Phillips an important part of the design?  I somehow always manage to make make a Phillips screw look ugly after 1 use  :(

I never had the makings of a varsity athlete.

Would you consider a torx or hex screw for the back detail, or is Phillips an important part of the design?

Thats just what the manu included with the proto. Philips is absolutely cursed. Actual run will be torx for everything.

Would you be increasing the quantity based on interest?

Love the design.
Would you be increasing the quantity based on interest?
I appreciate your bullishness but I think the listed number of units will most likely be more than enough to satisfy demand. If interest skyrockets for some reason I don’t see why not.

A keyboard that actually looks like the inspiration is a rare sight nowadays. Jokes aside, good luck with the project!

WKL only?

Yes, its the only way I intended for the board to look.

Such a cool design, very nice! The feet needs to be worked on, though.

I've already spoken to James from AKB about using his bumpons which are considerably smaller and rectangular. It will probably be changed to these.

Originally some people thought I was leaning into too much, as if that wasn't the entire point lol

Really interesting project, and as someone else said I like that I can actually see your inspiration in the board design. Depending on when this runs I would love to try and pick up the red!

Interesting IC, as a lover of old Ferrari cars and the old v8 engines sounds they used to make, this was a really fun IC to read.
Good luck  :D

If I'm not mistaken, PCB will be ISO compatible, right ?
What about the plates ? Will they support  ISO ? If not will you provide plate files ?
Please think about ISO users, add a split left shift to your "alice style" keyboards

Super nice design and its a 60% , any possibility for a grey colorway like we see at the top of the IC?

Also, you have a dc for keeping up with this project?

The stock plate is not ISO compatible but I'd be happy to make an ISO plate file available for you. To be fair tho if you prefer the O-ring mount then any 60% plate meant for an O-ring board will be compatible. So you won't be stranded regardless.

We don't plan on using that for the final run. I've been using it on the proto for a few months now and I'm really not fond of it. It was just what was the quickest for our proto at the time.
