well, all he needed to do would be to just tell EK that he wants a KMAC and he would get one.

EK sold KMACs?

EK didn't sell Cherry red Esc until KL said he told EK to sell them.

A set of MX keycaps like the Topre yellow ones :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

You seem a little butthurt.

Do you not believe me? Or do you not remember my wishlist/poll threads on the old GH where EliteKeyboards responded and said the red Esc keys were a possibility? And since you're a 2011 member I'm sure you don't even REMEMBER my tenkeyless Leopold with clears/reds Interest Check which eventually led to EK carrying them. Since I did all the marketing legwork for them.

At the end of the day EK will stock what makes sense for both them and the market they are selling to - but we have the ability to influence it (that means everyone on GH - not just me).

Sounds like a bad experience.....

Yea, I hate to rustle jimmies, but I really do not recommend dealing with Sherryton. The whole thing was really unprofessional.

What switches are in there?  I think I would need something like blacks or clears to be able to stand Zinc caps.

Okay yes I am using the wrist rest that came with the Kmac; thank you Sherryton. I'll get a metal wrist rest soon, I'm sure. This board is by far the best typing experience on a keyboard. And I agree the zinc key caps are phenomenal. :)

They're vintage black with 62g Korean springs with stickers and two o-rings for each of all of the main keys, three o-rings for the function row.
