Do they exist? I am looking to sexify my hhkb!  :)

Nah. There are grey caps on a certain Realforce board, which you could mix with the black mods on a HHKB, which would get you close(?, opinion matters here), but there is nothing with white legends.

If you get a novatouch you can just use any dolch set.

But nothing for actual Topre.
