GMK Keycaps!! <3

Having asked that, would you be interested in front side laser printed keycaps for around $100 per complete set in any of their available colors?
All-printed GMK? for $100? No, too close to the price of doubleshots. Would not buy.
Please consider carefully before you decide to comment, for Jesus.

Top printed please!

Really? and for around that price point?

Some of us have quotes from GMK for sets and know what they really cost and I do realize you guys have to make profit and all to justify the investment.

You could sell doubleshot 104 key ANSI sets all day for $100 and make bank. I've considered doing this myself since I have some extra money but don't want to take on the risk.

The costs only really start going up when you add keys on like most sets here do which is why I asked this question.

Also interested in what you guys consider to be a complete set?

It was a question based on the recent numbers I had for laser printing which is only 11 euros cheaper to do per set than Double Shots.

If we were to start carrying GMK doubleshots as a regular thing, how many would actually buy them day in and day out? What would you think would be a good neutral color scheme that would sell well and still not step on any GB toes...?

Ha, you beat me to it.  I was going to suggest this too for people who missed out on Ivan's group buy.  I'm sure it would garner a lot of interest since it's such an attractive set and compliments most keyboards very well.  It would be great to have such a reliable vendor such as yourself carrying this, instead of gambling your money away and ordering from Originative.

I absolutely love your ErgoDox cases since they're the only acrylic ones I've seen that allow for Cherry stabilizers on the thumb keys. Is there any plan to do another run of them?

They should be on the way to us soon. We also look to offer more variety of case options.

Just curious, is there any, any, any chance you could actually restock the KBC Poker II (Cherry MX Blue) one more time before the Pok3r? I really want to get my hands on the POKER 2 with mx blues. Thanks

We had a PO for them, but Vortex advised that all SKUs would be changed to Poker 3s. Our rep said that if we still wanted Poker 2s, we'd have to place a special order for them and they'd start that production after the Poker 3s are caught up.

I want to say that I wouldn't buy a single set. In reality, it would probably be closer to one set every two months or so.

I've been looking everywhere for a Varmilo VB660M, if you could get me this keyboard with MX Browns that would be great!

Varmillo also has these mint green keycaps on their VA87M board. I would appreciate it if you could get me these keycaps, too.

The Tai-Hao big ass enter keys or sets that include them, the pictures for the pre-order Miami, Dark Blood, ect sets don't show them so I'm assuming they won't include them.

Okay thanks.  Are the TEX or Vortex ones in production?

TEX will likely be the only ones we will stock going forward. Quality is key.

Im sure I read it somewhere but I cant recall what the verdict was; do you need any sort of plate spacers to be able to use a custom plate with those Tex cases? I'm really debating picking one up for either my Filco or Phantom but both have stainless plates which lack the curled lip on the top and bottom found on the OEM Filco plate.
+1 for Tex aluminum case. Always looking for nice aluminum cases and it would be sweet to see more higher-quality keyboard cases made of metal. I am glad to hear that you guys decided to continue selling them. On your website it's hard to tell if an item is no longer going to be in stock or it is, just waiting for ETA.

I'm also looking for a Shine 3 TKL Brown switch w/ Blue leds. But nobody has it for sale. :( I'm willing to pay a premium just to have it back in the store.

Oo oo, any plans for tkl hard anodized cases?

Are you going to carry Tai Hao PBT doubleshots, and is there an ETA?
Yes. Just placed order Friday. Should be a few weeks.

Do you happen to know if they are planning on making a silver one?
I sure hope so.

Any noticeable differences between the linked caps and these new ones that you'll be getting in?
The ones you linked were for the Shine 2. The new keycaps will be the same color, just for a Shine 3 and Shine 4.

Can you tell me which of these Shine caps would be most compatible for a Ducky Legend?

All of them are 'compatible,' however they will not feature the same function-printing as the keys serve to do different things (i.e. Fn + Frow keys have functions in the Shine 3 and Shine 4 that will not be the same as the Legend)

Please compare the two photos below to see the legend changes in key functions between the Ducky Legend and Shine 3:

Ahh interesting. I didn't realize they switched the multimedia keys above the number pad like that. I don't actually really use those 4 multimedia keys above the numberpad so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm curious to see how one of those Shine grey sets look on the Ducky Legend with silver case. I suppose I'll see which of them match up best for the F row once I get my Legend in :) Thanks for the reply!

I will ask in this thread instead of starting a new one - any idea if/when you'll be restocking the aluminum TKL cases in dark gray or black?  The dark gray will likely be my last purchase for my Phantom board.

Should have looked around a little bit... https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=64583.0

Also, someone above me mentioned a uTKL plate.  This might be an awesome idea to go along with the Phantom PCBs that you carry.  I can imagine a lot of people being interested in buying the two together, as well as the Teensy!  It could be a one stop shop!  Just a thought!

The only true ALPS keyboards now being manufactured are Matias brand, and we regularly stock them.

As for Phantom plates, that is already in the works...

What about Cherry plate mount & PCB mount stabilizers?

I know this has been suggested before, but I haven't seen anything about it in while.
Cherry Germany's machine is broken or something, and seem to have no intention of fixing atm.

We are asking Vortex on a weekly basis, with affirmative answer to either of your questions, sadly. We are certainly trying... :(
