Hello everyone, this is the interest check for GMK Night Tare.
Night Terror + Nightmare: Night Tare ;)

COLORS
The set uses the best of both worlds, blue calming alphas in order to create a more calming feeling from nightmares, and a dark navy mods to symbolize darkness and nights.
The set uses RAL 5002 for the alphas, Pantone 282 C for mods, with Pantone PQ - Green 0921C and Pantone 2708C for accents.
KITTING
Base:
Yes that's a relegendable in base :eek:
(Alice support is not in base because the base kit is as big as I want it to be, Spacebars kit is pretty small in order to make it easier to support Alice)
Standard Alt will be replaced with Alt Gr

Novelties:
These will be UV printed, and yes, that's a front print novelty.
There's a lot of symbolism in the novelties so here's some background on them:
- Demons are very apparent in both sleep paralysis and nightmares (Demon novelty)
- A lot of nightmares are about death (skull novelty)
- Tired eye, well, from staying up due to nightmares and sleep paralysis :eek:
- I did a lot of research about nightmares etc, and found out that there are sigils (symbols) to prevent things from happening, therefore I thought it'd be a nice idea to have a sigil that prevents nightmares (Symbol novelty)
- The wires represent not being able to move, being stuck in one place, going back to that feeling you get when you experience sleep paralysis where you're not able to move.

Not convinced by the wire though, mainly because it's barbed. Barbed wire to me says 'keeping you out - go away' rather than 'keeping you trapped'. Also, from a distance the silhouette doesn't immediately read as wire to me. I initially thought it was a canoe or a shield with spears.

1. I'm a huge fan of the colors, but personally they don't remind me of the theme, again, maybe just me.
2. The base kit is labeled "GMK Ghost", whereas everything else is labeled "Night Tare".
3. I ****ing love these novelties, please make the kit bigger

The set started as a deep blue and black set, both to symbolize darkness and just colors that I felt went pretty well with the inspiration. After realizing that the first versions of the set were close to other existing sets I decided to take a different turn on this and not only be a set that "screamed" nightmares, panic and demons but also be something "relaxing" to "overcome" the nightmares, hence the novelty (sigil) to prevent nightmares, therefore I went with blue calming alphas but also kept the dark mods to symbolize nights, the best of both worlds heh.
I apologize if this doesn't make much sense, english is not my first language :blank:
