I need help with my order. I had to make a second order because I made a mistake on a first one and asked Foxlab to cancel it for me (I got the refund).
However, the second one showed it is in cancelled state, but the payment has been fully made. It is shown in my credit card as processed transaction. I emailed Foxlab two times, 4 and 6 days ago, but haven't a reply from them.
Edit : It's been almost two weeks and still haven't got a reply from Foxlab. I added some pictures to the post. Also, it might be me, but I didn't see any limit of board per customer. So if the problem is that I got two, then please tell me.
Edit: My order got cancelled and refunded.
