this GB happened before i got my first mech. do they only make the number of sets ordered or are there any extras so that i'd be able to buy one? this is probably my favorite GMK set that i've seen so far.

Looks like Kono updated the price on their store to $199, so I'm guessing they'll have extra available at that price.

i emailed kono a week or so ago and he said he thought he might have a few, but wasn't sure. and picking up from r/mm is fine, i just prefer not to pay the flip tax when possible.

I currently ran into some health issues and am contemplating selling my set. Would I be better off waiting to receive it first or somehow transferring shipping details if I decided to sell sooner? Just curious what the better method would be? Thanks for anyone with info.

P.S. Really hoping I don't have to sell but fml if you know what I mean

It depends on who the vendor is that you bought your kit from. It would vary based on whether they can and then whether the buyer acknowledges they receive the product. If you do decide to sell as PayPal as a invoice to the next buyer (assuming this is the method the vendor goes with - you taking money for the goods and the vendor updating the shipping details), the buyer could do a chargeback if they claim they never received it. Your BEST bet would be to sell after the kits ship. So long as "extras" are minimal and sell out quickly, you will likely come out ahead as this set is pretty hot as it is. If you do choose to sell, keep a record of everything to cover you in case anything happens.

It sounds like waiting to receive(and hopefully able to keep by then) is the way to go. Thanks for the advice!

That's GMK Camping with no red accents on a sage green RAMA M60-A (Which I have on order)

You better believe I now know where this set is going.

Kono page says May 15th, not sure if that's still accurate though. I'm hoping it is.

quick update,

I have approved the second batch color sample for the creamy white, which is more creamy, I'll take some pictures once I'm able to. Getting stuck with life lately.
The final product will have the white from the 2nd sampling batch and red/green from the 1st sampling batch. (pictures above in this thread)

I'm working with a vendor for the desk mat.

Yes, I know, but I was under the impression that everything was on track since the colors were approved and there were no news. Oh well, it's going to get busy soon as GMK Camping, GMK Laser and SA Oblivion will all arrive in a short interval.

There is no announcement because there is nothing to announce. I assume Kono revised the ship date because the original estimate is expired.
I'm still waiting GMK to update me the estimated ship date, as per our last communication, they can only provide that once the custom color material is in.
As for now, I'd say the updates in this thread is more accurate since I'm the one communicating with GMK, but not the vendors.

And I'm sorry to keep you guys waiting, we wanted to make sure the end product is as we have expected.
I'm sure the wait is worth.

Nah...I wasn't aware of that change neither.
But I've just checked the original estimate in this thread, it was 16 weeks after GB, which was early June..
So basically we are still within the original estimate..But I assume it will be slightly delayed.

I have been working with kingnestea on getting some deskpads/mousepads going for this. I just got my samples back and they are really great.

Here are a couple pictures. The big deskpad is 900x400mm and the small one is 320x245mm. I will probably have a GB start for the pads in the middle of June.

The tranlucent novelty key will have GMK stock color P3 instead of the custom maroon because the sample they sent is not really something I have expected.
GMK is still waiting the custom color material to arrive.
They will update me the ETA once they arrive and I'll update the group here and the proxies.
