The 4 keys that are still labeled are the ones that WASD does not have suitable replacement for. See WASD Keyboards Kinesis Key Cap Project for details.

You might have to check my layout for the colors to make sense, see sig.

Update:
Played around some more and ended up with this:

Yellow and green are too bright and red crashes with orange, that's why I settled for blue shift keys. It's not ideal but better than the others.

I got some Leopold Korea stuff from jrockroll a few months ago. If you want the yellow running man esc, a few of the SP grab bags people have them, might check the classifieds first. A lot easier than trying to order from Leopold Korea, don't they only ship to a South Korean address?

Dunno. Yea I think I will check classifieds (just want the orange paw though).

In leopold webstie, Google translated this "Nomination of origin:   USA". If the translation/interpretation is not wrong, is it really coming from USA?

Also here's the new spacebar from EK.  It has rougher texture on top with stems that will fit both Filco and Lepold.

EVERYONE gets stuff from SP, including all the companies in NA that do keycaps, if it's doubleshot it gets outsourced to SP. Ripster believes China has tons of these machine just that they aren't using them

China does have many double injection plastics factory, just none that make MX keyboard keycaps. Most of them make keys for telephones or other stuff.

It's a nightmare alright. They are all so beautiful that you cant decide which to use on your keyboard.

I noticed that even if someone owns the ultra cool keycaps, after a while it becomes normal to see them, that I do not noticed any more

All the caps are Cherry double shots except windows / application, which are Cherry pad printed, and the temporary KBC PBT space bar.

I decided against taking the photo with a Cherry space bar just sitting on top of the switch :)
It is definitely worth trying to eliminate the SP supplemental keys, they feel quite a bit different to me.

Doubleshots I don't know I've only seen them white on black but pad printed/laser is definitely possible
