New pink




Also a side by side of MX vs Topre, idk if this gets talked about enough, but I'm constantly amazed by the subtle differences between the two sculpts. Upon close inspection, it seems like an identical sculpt, with all the same little nicks and notches. But proportionately, the forehead and teeth sections have been stretched on the MX cap, while the eyes and nose seem to maintain the same dimensions as the topre version. p cool

By the way, I have adjusted the colours as best as I could to match what the cap looks like in real life. Although, it is not exactly the same (pretty close in certain lighting conditions, but usually slightly more pink), so I have attached a photo with both the cap and the adjusted image so you can get an idea of the extent of the difference (although the colours in the comparison are not accurate and very saturated- in person it is more purple and muted).



Edit 1: for some reason the first image is appearing a lot more purple than what it looks like on my desktop, so I will change the photo...

oooo those photos are nice! i like that second photo especially because it's pretty spot on with the color of mine in person! but yeah, this cap has a tendency to go slightly purple depending on the lighting. kind of reminds me of my green t1 which goes slightly toxic-yellow depending on the lighting. very nice tho.

Thank you! The cap is really nice and you're right, lighting definitely has an impact on the colour of the cap.

Although, in person mine is a lot closer to the first photo, with more purple and much less vibrancy than in that second photo (but that might be because of our monitors).


Edit: I think I misunderstood what you meant by second shot and for some reason thought you meant my referencing image... If you were referring to the photo I edited in, it is infact quite close to that colour in real life!

This is my first clack, which I was very excited to win in the poster contest a little while back.

It just arrived today after inexplicably traversing North America ( and the Canadian border ) five separate times. My mail carrier also graciously managed to put it in a neighbours mailbox instead of mine, so that was a fun bit of panic as well.
