This one has been floating around in my head for a while, took a few sculpting sessions but I'm really happy with how the cap is looking now. I'm thinking I might try and add a second Fungkey style to have some variation if I can get it done in a reasonable amount of time to still launch the sale when I want to.

Those look like arcade buttons, almost.

Oh, I forgot you have a Jane now! I put artisans on the Esc on my Jane; if an artisan is a bit wide, it rubs against the sides since the Esc is by itself. Do you find that happens on yours?

Some updates
About 20 caps made so far, multicap molds are being made as we speak to speed things up a little.
Just about 200 entries in the interest check so far, we really appreciate the comments! The drawing will be tomorrow around noon EST.
Saturday the bulk of the photochromatic and thermochromatic dyes arrive! We have 10 base colors but have done some experimenting and can create just about any color we want from those 10 base dyes.

Spots are photochromatic, didn't add phosphorescent powder to the spots so it would have that cool look to it with Sam one dark patches

The right seems less detailed,
I know you don't want too much detail but enough to make it something unique.
I'm going to make a mold and actually cast Left spooder with the edits I think will make home a better middle ground.

We will see which looks better when cast with the same colors etc. I'm excited to get working on it tonight.

I have a few single cap molds made for it but I don't think it will be the final sale design, I won't make any production molds from it.(unless Left spooder gets wrecked somehow)
If anything I might have a small one time sale if there really is a huge demand but almost 80% voted for left Spooder.

This. I was in the minority liking the older design as well, the style of it looked like a combination of a normal cap and a spider, and the linear horizontal eyes and angled base/legs gave it a more mechanical style, which seemed to fit with keyboards, while the newer design is more organic, still a nice sculpt, but less 'camouflaged' in a sea of keys, which one would figure a keyboard spider would be optimally adapted for...

This one was actually a mistake...
I poured side a of a Resin into the molds without mixing in side b. I washed it out and dryer it but I still had a layer so I added properly mixed Resin.

Looks like the "black/white" option did me in... I don't actually have any white on my keyboard but there wasn't just a black choice for secondary color. Oh well, my tuxedo spooder will add some class to my desk finally :thumb:

You know, even good designers just from time to time come up with good designs.
It looks like a good sculptured form that fits its functionality, plus possibilities to put in details.
Please let this species spawn more often, so that the ecosystem won't be dominated only by the fish, the frog, the others.

To combat this, Spooders have developed a high level of crypsis allowing them to blend in with the natural flora of their habitat, Roses. Unfortunately for them, so too has their natural predator... This development has created the perfect trinity of Flora and Fauna.

MX only, The sculpt uses all the available space from synth V1 and as such couldn't be converted to TMX (I tried)

Some clutches of Birb eggs have as few as one birb and a few over 10 but most birbs lay around 5 eggs.

There are a few unclaimed birbs that will be re-raffled in 24hrs from this post to those who have already entered the sales when they were live. This new method of raffling through the web-store is different and that is why we are giving this notice and a little extra time to claim your birb.

We have successfully inplemented a new mold system that includes a new custom designed butt that is currently being implemented in all our current sculpts. This is a nice and tight mx stem that features the Keymaker K logo on the bottom. So far Birb, Spooder, Rose V2 and Peek all have this new base and we are ramping up mold production to have a full fledged rose sale in the coming weeks.

Rose Revisited: Rose in Cherry Profile
Rose was the first full keycap sale Just Another Keymaker had over a year ago now. It launched our brand and layed out the path we continue to walk. It featured our first truly successful sculpt of a rose. From There we experimented with another two flora based designs before moving onto the Fauna caps we are known for today. We are excited to announce our next sale, a revisted version of the sculpt that launched our name. The original design of the Rose was a massive bulky cap towering into SA profile height. This Rose rev 2 is roughly in Cherry R1 profile with a much slimmer profile. The revision features an entirely new base from the Synthv1 base we have been using since our inception. This base features our distinctive K logo embossed on the underside of the cap. Rose v2 represents the new era of Just Another Keymaker and we are so excited to share it with our fans.
Bouquet's of Resin will be a unique sale with a hereto unseen method of distribution, we are excited to share more about this as we come closer to the end of our production schedule. All the caps available in this sale are made with the new base we plan to use moving forward. These bases are made with a small Keymaker K logo in the upper left hand corner. We are very excited to be using these new bases in our keycap designs and we hope you love them too!
Winners of the Stocking Stuffer Raffle will receive a random cap from the Menu below. Each winning ticket will be a 45$ Paypal invoice. These will be sent out shortly after the sale closes. Due to the limited number of caps we are limiting wins to one keycap per person. Orders will be shipped to the address specified by Paypal, make sure this address is up to date. Shipping is 5$ US, $10 Canada, and $15 International.

It is Peeks turn to receive a production run, we are so glad to see the few that were a part of the Stocking Stuffer sale find loving keyboard homes. We are currently in flight on creating a larger run of Peek in a variety of colors and styles. We are very excited and will soon be releasing these caps into the wild on our web store. The sale will be done by colorway with a new colorway appearing every 48 hours with a raffle form open for 24 hours. We plan to have get rolling and having items more regularly, this could be any of our current sculpts and maybe even something new in the coming weeks;). These molds are also completely interchangable, this allows us to take the stem base mold and use it any top mold of all our sculpts. Because of this we will be able to produce more clean caps of varying sculpts with a greater frequency than we have ever been able to before. We hope you enjoy the fruits of this development as much as we are!

Format
Bouquet's Of Resin will begin Thursday, 2/8, and run for three days. Roses will be put up in the general store listed at $300 at the time specified on this page. On each Rose item page there will be a form that will take entries for 15 minutes. Within 15 minutes of the forms closure, codes will go out to the randomly selected winners. These codes reduce the price of the Rose to the retail value of $45. Codes will expire after two hours from issuance. Just Another Keymaker is preparing for our next release of Keymaker Artisan Keycaps. This upcoming sale is all about Staying Regular. We plan to have three raffles highlighted each week that will run through this very blog page. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at exactly 12pm EST (9am PST) a raffle form will be posted. Each post will contain a picture of the Keycap up for raffle, the price of the keycap, the number of caps available, and the form to enter for your chance to purchase one!
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, one sculpt in one colorway will be listed. The sculpt can be any of our current line up of caps including Spooder, Birb, Rose, Peek and anything else we can dream up. Each day's raffle will be open for 6 hours, until 6pm EST (3pm PST). Winners will be selected via RNG and sent Paypal invoices from RocketGruntJake@Keymaker.Space within 1 hour of the form's closure. All invoices will be valid for 24 hours.
This sale is all about getting more of our keycaps released to our fans in a consistent, fair, and "regular" method. All keycaps are made, cleaned and prepped for sale prior to the sale form going live. This means the shipping turnaround will be within two days of your invoice being paid!

What is Staying Regular?
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will be selling Artisan Keycaps on our website. Each day's raffle will be open for 24 hours. Winners will be selected via RNG and sent Paypal invoices from RocketGruntJake@Keymaker.Space. All invoices will be valid for 24 hours from when they are sent(When the next sale goes live). All packages will ship in our customized mailers and include a matching sculpt sticker as well as a plastic customized ID card.
How does it work?

Slightly confused here. Was wondering if someone could enlighten me. I Would be grateful winning any of these 4 sculpts but I would only be able to afford 2 of them max if I was to win. So does that mean I select only the 2 I really want or can I select all four and just mention 2 max in the comments? Not trying to mess anyone up out here. Thanks y’all
Max is one set for anyone, you choose which of the sculpts you like so you don’t wind up receiveing a sculpt you dislike! You can select all the boxes if you like all the options.
