yea sucks, you'll never get the keyboard back, and ebay considers the issue closed since the refund was issued.

I'm curious.  What did he complain about?  Ping?

He complained about certain keys being a tad 'sticky', which I honestly never noticed, but I did list it as new, so I thought yeah may as well give him the refund.

And no I can't contact eBay as they consider it closed as the other poster mentioned :(

We need a "banned from group buy" list. He's on mine unless he defends himself. No place for that.

UPDATE:

Basically he sent it two weeks ago with recorded postage, so it's Royal Mail's fault, he's planning on emailing me proof of postage tonight which we can hopefully get sorted out with RM.

The reason I was so suspicious was because he didn't responded to my message a week ago which asked whether he had sent it or not, making me believe I had been scammed.

Hopefully everything works out, but I've given up hope for ever seeing my keyboard again, knowing Royal Mail it's probably sitting down an alleyway in Sydney.

I will defend myself. I sent the keyboard back and I have proof of this. The first time I have heard about it was on here. I then check my ebay account and have a messege from him on there.
As you can see from ^^ I am trying to work it out with the seller. I will at least recover the £37 insured by royal mail and as I see it's kind of my fault for not sending it recorded If I can find out the package didn't recive him I will give him a refund out of my pokect for the rest.
Nice to see how GH members jump to conclutions without even hearing the story.
Dave.

Seeing as I'm in Sydney if I find a Filco with Blues in a package somewhere I'll be sure to let you know and send it to you. :P

@fossala - I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions, but it wouldn't be the first time someone has scammed someone out of something through e-bay and from what we heard at the time it sure did sound like you pulled a fast one.

If everything turns out to be fine, I would highly recommend closing and deleting the thread to not inadvertently spread FUD.

Was just leaving it for people from last night to check up on, but by all means if a mod could delete it, go for it.
