HELP! Niz/Plum 84EC (S) Pro not registering any input.
« on: Mon, 18 June 2018, 05:32:35 »
I have now had my keyboard 84EC (S) Pro for a few days and it stopped working!

I was going to disable the numlock but accidentally hit the Fn+F12 at the same time, I am not sure what happened but the keyboard does not register any input upon key press. It does however still receive information from the computer as the caps lock and numlock lights up when I use it on a different keyboard.

I tried reinstalling the latest firmware V1.1.26 but nothing changed and the problem persists.

Is there a way to fix this or for me to restore the internal memory of the keyboard?

Perhaps someone helpful could supply me with the original profile (too see if that restores it), I didn't back up the default keyboard profile because I was not intending on making any personal macros. If I get it up and running again I will most certainly be unbinding the the macro combination.

Does any one of you know if there is a jumper I can short on the internals or perhaps remove a cmos battery to restore it?

Did you try doing fn+f12 again? (Hold for 3 seconds) It just switches modes.

Or to reset the board hold all 4 corner keys at the same time.

There's a manual translation on github you should probably look it up.

It might not be your exact model but it'll probably still work.
