Here are some ideas I just had.

The Rubik's cube would be dye sub of course, and the dragon balls double-shot.

Definitely in for a Rubiks cube. Have you thought about putting it on a black cap like the color of a Rubiks cube? New to this and not sure how these types of things work. Either way in in for a Rubik's.

Also, since there are only 7 dragon balls, I found some more pictures that would give us an entire top row set (12-13 keys depending if on number row or on function row)

Note: Some images have been squished-

Some of these are too complicated in the fine details for double-shots, but if there is an artist among us, maybe (s)he can help us out and sketch some mock-ups for us.
All keys would be red on yellow to make it easier for SP\imsto, and cheaper for us.

You start by contacting imsto and get a quote from him to see how much (SP probably won't do it due to copyright issue). You then start a thread in the Group Buy section gather up all the names and orders (just follow the format of other group buys).

Well I doubt SP would say no to the 7 Stars because that only vaguely represents DB, and personally I would prefer to have them as double-shots.
Maybe we can do that, and then have imsto run some dye-subs of our favorite characters and symbols shown above.

Yep. Don't get me wrong, I'd be in for some DS of these for sure. But it may not be at the price some people would be willing to accept. I suppose the only way to find out is the get the pricing and start the buy.

Depending on price and profile and whatnot I could be up for some DB action. It'd be nice to have a full matchingish set of 10 to replace the number row. 0 could be the plain key with no stars just leaving 8 & 9. None of the logo-ey images posted so far tickle my fancy for those last 2. The best alternative I could find was the logo from Goku's suit

That said, maybe we could just take liberties with it and add in keys with those numbers of stars somehow.

I know there weren't many answers in the last weeks in this thread, but:
what if we do a red legend and a translucent orange base? I imagine this would look pretty good, and the orange isn't as simple or plain as pure translucent plastic so maybe the red doesn't even stand out that much.
In my opinion, this combination would fit even better than the previously mentioned combination with translucent legends, maybe a set like this would get more interest.

Thats to bad because its an epic idea. But being on orange keycaps is legit, are there any sets that these would match? Or would it just have to be something you put together yourself, like orange and white?

Speaking of the 4 ball for accuracy sake it's not exactly symetrical. As you can see in the attachment the stars are not centered the bottom row is slightly to the right depending on the picture some are closer centered. I believe this picture is from the original Dragonball so it has matured a lot over the different seasons. I'd definitely buy some Black Star Dragonballs caps too. XD
